A stout years in the making! In 2022 we aged maple syrup in Iron Root Republic whiskey barrels. When the aged syrup was removed we added in our delicious stout. This beer is rich with notes of chocolate, maple, and oak. Sold in 16.9 oz bottles. Must be 21 years of age or older to order and/or pick up beer. ID required at pick kup.

To create Darkest Knight we aged a rich stout in Iron Root Republic Whiskey barrels for 12 months. We then add amburana wood for additional notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
