Petritegi presses and ferments their apples in enormous, decades-old chestnut barrels; we then ship this fermented cider to Vermont where we blend it with fruit we source from New England. This unusual blend of European and New England fruit creates a one-of-a-kind dry, complex cider without any additional flavorings or sweeteners.

Mother Rock Force Celeste Pet Nat Rosé
Swartland, South Africa. 70% Pinotage-30%Chenin Blanc. Hazy, dry and raw pet-nat made of a co-fermentation of organic-grown red and white grapes. Both grapes are given skin contact as whole clusters yielding a highly structured rosé. The wine is bottled before a single natural fermentation completes as a true pet-nat wine. Finishes ferment to fully dry in the bottle with natural bubbles and no added sulfites. Roughly disgorged but still rather hazy. Great notes of raspberry, blood orange, guava, and sour beer-like yeastiness.
Meinklang Grüner Veltliner
Burgenland, Austria. Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Muskat. An interesting blend of white grapes aged in concrete eggs with aromas of floral white blossoms and orange peel.
Cantalapiedra "Lirondo" Verdejo
Rueda, Spain. 100% Verdejo. A simple, easy-drinking, fresh, fruity orange wine made in a style that gives it funky, floral, spicy flavors. Produced without any sulfur and with some grape skin contact to the juice, which makes the wine cloudy and a bit dark in color. Although the Cantalapiedra’s work is outside of the Rueda D.O., one could say that they are the “Torchbearers for Real Rueda.”
Gulp Hablo Orange
La Mancha, Spain. 50% Verdejo-50% Sauv Blanc. These white grapes spend a week on the skins for a resultant orange wine with aromatics of orange blossom and tropical jackfruit with moderately tannic dried citrus peels, tea and preserved apricots on the yeasty and textured plate. Certified biodynamically farmed grapes, therefore no pesticides or insecticides used in the farming. Native yeast fermentation, aged in steel tanks, bottled slightly hazy without any fining or filtering and only a tiny degree of sulfites.
Troupis "Thunder" Moschofilero Rosé
Peloponnese, Greece. 100% Moschofilero. A light-hearted, liter-full of fun! Exuberantly aromatic, its delectable notes of honeysuckle, strawberry Starburst, peach, lychee, bubblegum, and spice practically leap from the glass onto your palate! This medium-bodied rosé offers generous fruit, but finishes totally dry and refreshing.
Cirelli Cerasuolo d' Abruzzo Rosato
Abruzzo, Italy. 100% Montepulciano. Cerasuolo roughly translates to "cherry-like" and this unfined and unfiletered rosato from Agricola Cirelli organic farm boasts notes of beautiful cherry and raspberry. This is a fuller-bodied rosato that's perfect for red wine lovers.
Lomas de Llahuen "Pipeño" País
Itata, Chile. 100% País. Organically farmed 200 yr old vines densely planted on granite-rich clay-loam soils. Fermented for 12 days on the skins in stainless steel. Bottled unfined unfiltered.
Nicolas Reau "Ange" Cabernet Franc
Loire Valley, France. 100% Cabernet Franc. A bistro red par excellence with notes of black currant, green peppercorn, forest floor, dark chocolate and a hint of smoke. A touch wild with a zippy finish. Biodynamic farming, native yeast fermentation, and noninterventionist cellaring. Carries natural acidity, freshness, and personality.
Mercat Brut Cava
Catalonia, Spain. Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada. A delicate bead in the glass of soft golden color. The nose bursts with rich pear, green apple and hints of cream. On the palate the wine shows great finesse and balance with notes of papaya and pear rounded out with hints of hazelnuts, finishing with crisp acidity and freshness.

Toso Brut Sparkling (bottle)
100% Sparkling Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is bright and clear with a touch of pale yellow. The aroma displays a bouquet of perfectly balanced yeasts with the Chardonnay grapes. The base wine is blended in the Charmat method with selected French yeasts, in big stainless steel containers. Optimum development of its bouquet is achieved after three months, under strict control, at low temperature and adequate pressure. Prior to bottling, the wine is filtered and this process allows the wine to have its bright finish. It will take at least three months in bottle to obtain its characteristic flavors. 100% Estate grown Chardonnay. 11.5%

Gruner Veltliner, Meinklang Osterreich Burgenland, Austria (Bottle)
White wine blend: Grüner Veltliner and Muscat; the wines are aged in concrete eggs and have little to no sulfur added. An interesting blend of Grüner Veltliner and Muscat that creates the aromas of floral white blossoms and orange peel. Drink young to enjoy the powerful fruit notes and earthy aromas. 2020, 750ml
Verdejo, Cantalapiedra "Lirondo" Castilla y Leon, Spain (Bottle)
Verdejo is usually a simple, easy-drinking, fresh, fruity orange wine. From the Rueda region just north of Spain, it's made in a style that gives it funky, floral, spicy flavors.
