Finishes ferment to fully dry in the bottle with natural bubbles and no added sulfites. Roughly disgorged but still rather hazy. Great notes of raspberry, blood orange, guava, and sour beer-like yeastiness.

Burgenland, Austria. Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Muskat. An interesting blend of white grapes aged in concrete eggs with aromas of floral white blossoms and orange peel.

Swartland, South Africa. 27% Chenin Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Sémillon, 23% Grenache Blanc. Unfined and unfiltered blend spontaneously fermented in a combination of 70% concrete, 20% old French oak and 10% stainless steel, and aged for nearly two years. The nose is redolent of apple, apricot, and citrus, with a waxy almond nuance. A Stompie wine, full of Swartland character!

Bordeaux, France. 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30 % Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle. s: Nice pale yellow color with fruit and citrus on the nose, a supple, round palate, and a long, fruity finish. Harvested by hand, gently-pressed grapes that mature in stainless steel over one winter. A true wine of terroir with fresh acidity, drinkability, and an underlying complexity.

McLaren Vale, Australia. 100% Verdelho. An approachable biodynamic orange wine with the ‘little orange’ moniker, but with a bit more texture and acid than previous releases. Vibrant orange in color with an appealing cloudiness. Heaps of ginger spice, tangerine, orange peel, baked pears, and hints of toffee apple. The palate is compelling, full, and textured.

Exuberantly aromatic, its delectable notes of honeysuckle, strawberry Starburst, peach, lychee, bubblegum, and spice practically leap from the glass onto your palate! This medium-bodied rosé offers generous fruit, but finishes totally dry and refreshing.

Emiglia-Romagna, Italy. Marzemino, Malbo Gentile, and Lambrusco. Somewhere between a dark rosé and a skin contact. Slightly herbal. Slightly savoury. Immensely satisfying. Notes of cherry, blackberry and smoke. 12.5%

Itata, Chile. 100% País. Organically farmed 200 yr old vines densely planted on granite-rich clay-loam soils. Fermented for 12 days on the skins in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
