Milk Chocolate + Salted, Chocolate Covered Pretzels - For this brand new fabric, we coat GF pretzels in a combination of dark chocolate, brown butter, and salt, then mix generously into a milk chocolate gelato base. It’s like biting into a chocolate covered pretzel!

Strawberry + Banana - One of our newest creations, this vegan gelato uses over 3 pounds of fresh peeled bananas and over 3 pounds of strawberries in every batch. It's been said this one tastes like a fresh made smoothie.

Olive Oil + Rosemary - Canvas is one of our most requested flavors of all time. If we were going to submit one flavor into a gelato competition, this would be it. This popular gelato starts by infusing milk with rosemary before combining it with olive oil. The result is an extremely creamy and smooth gelato.

Rice + Milk + Cinnamon - We use premium rice from Lundberg Family Farms to make a cinnamon rice pudding base, similar to horchata, and blended to our signature creamy texture. Some say it tastes like milk after you eat a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch.

Goat Cheese + Honey - From our very first menu when we opened An's in 2018, Cashmere is a goat cheese & honey gelato that is creamy and sweet.

Amaretto + Almond - The amaretto and almond gelato is a sweet cream and almond butter based gelato with hints of salt, lemon zest, and orange zest. After we blend all the ingredients together and right as they begin to freeze into gelato we add a few shots of amaretto liqueur. The gelato itself is savory and nutty. We then make an amaretto ganache by combining white chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and more amaretto liqueur. The ganache is sweet and almost caramel like in texture. We marble this into the gelato to create a sweet and savory delight.
