Dutch apple pie in gelato form. We make salted caramel in-house, from scratch. Then we make the apple filling from scratch with cinnamon, vanilla, and butter. And finally we make a butter crumble streusel. This gelato screams Thanksgiving dessert.

We make this apple cider sorbet by simmering fresh apples, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, ginger, and all spice until the apples are soft. We lightly blend the ingredients together and then strain out all the chunks, combine with the pear, and freeze into sorbet. 

Olive Oil + Rosemary - Canvas is one of our most requested flavors of all time. If we were going to submit one flavor into a gelato competition, this would be it. This popular gelato starts by infusing milk with rosemary before combining it with olive oil. The result is an extremely creamy and smooth gelato.

Pumpkin Spice + Cold Brew - We combine pumpkin spice with cold brew from Dropkick Coffee to create this holiday favorite.

If you love pecan pie, this is your flavor. It is a milk based gelato that starts with a homemade browned butter pecan batter. This rich & nutty mixture is combined with molasses and finished with chunks of sweet pie crust.

Brown Butter + Chocolate Chip Cookies - We make our own brown butter and turn it into a gelato base, then fold in homemade chocolate chip cookies (gf).
