Mint + Chocolate Cookies - You asked, and we've delivered. We use peppermint liqueur, fresh mint sugar, and peppermint extract to create a fresh and clean gelato base. Then we combine with our homemade chocolate cookies. The perfect pairing with our hot chocolate on these cold California nights.

Amaretto + Almond - The amaretto and almond gelato is a sweet cream and almond butter based gelato with hints of salt, lemon zest, and orange zest. After we blend all the ingredients together and right as they begin to freeze into gelato we add a few shots of amaretto liqueur. The gelato itself is savory and nutty. We then make an amaretto ganache by combining white chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and more amaretto liqueur. The ganache is sweet and almost caramel like in texture. We marble this into the gelato to create a sweet and savory delight.

We make this apple cider sorbet by simmering fresh apples, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, ginger, and all spice until the apples are soft. We lightly blend the ingredients together and then strain out all the chunks, combine with the pear, and freeze into sorbet.
