Madagascar Vanilla Bean Gelato, enhanced with a luxurious swirl of white chocolate & caramel fudge.

A dark chocolate and olive oil gelato with a pistachio swirl (pistachio butter, white chocolate, cocoa, salt).

Strawberry + Cheesecake - Cheesecloth is like a decadent strawberry cheesecake. We start with a cream cheese gelato base and add in a fresh strawberry jam and pieces of homemade cake bits.

This one is made with Nutella that is folded into a cream base. We then sprinkle in house-made dark chocolate cookies to add an extra crunch.

Made with pineapple and coconut and inspired by a piña colada, it's so creamy you'd never know it was vegan.

Our refreshing mint & lime sorbet. Tastes like a mojito or limeade.

Strawberry sorbet with lemon marmalade

We use 9 pounds of pistachios in every batch and then blend into a smooth pistachio butter which gets turned into a creamy gelato. Once the gelato is prepared we add in more crushed, roasted pistachios.
