This Rare version of Aqueduct was aged in a single 15-year Heaven Hill Malt Whiskey barrel before bottling by hand. The result provides strong spirit, toffee, and tobacco notes to our rich and roasty stout. 10.5% ABV.

A boat that was nearly too big for the Erie Canal was known as a “squeezer”. This beer squeezes a lot of complex flavor into such an easy drinking beverage. We combine pilsner malt, kolsch yeast and substantial amounts of Hallertau Blanc hops at the end of the boil. We then sour the beer in the kettle with lactobacillus, then add more Hallertau Blanc dry hops. The result is a beer with interesting white grape aroma and flavor that remains extremely refreshing due to the clean, tart finish. Malt: Pilsner Hops: Hallertau Blanc ABV: 4.4%
