It has a lightly cheezy flavor with plenty of dill and a hint of vinegar for a balance flavor, and the roasted potaotes give a slight crunch and deep flavor. Scallions nad/or celery (dpeending on avaialbility) round out the salad.

In lieu of our smorgas special, we have a Swedish style buffet plate with summer grill theme I closing a bean based sausage “link”, lions mane mushroom skewer, veggie skewer (with fennel, scallions and snap peas) dipping sauces and choice of potato salad, or pasta salad (both gluten free). Comes with a lefse (Norwegian potato flatbread- gf or regular).

Our almond cake was so popular, we had to create a spinoff! So, while pistachios are not a Swedish ingredient, they are one of my favorite and contribute extra butteriness to this moist cake. A drizzle of orange blossom icing brings a pop of flavor and addictivity!

Kladdkakor are Swedish sticky chocolate cakes that are gooey and fudgy like an undercooked brownie or room temperature pudding cake. Ours is filled with salted caramel that soaks into the pores and the whole thing is then coated in ganache.
