Among the wreckage: a malfunctioning android, blueprints for an intergalactic highway (straight through Earth—don’t panic!), and a glowing green bottle labeled: “Intergalactic Comet Crusher” Unable to resist, their distillers took one sip and unanimously agreed it was the best drink in existence. Now, after 10 years of top-secret reverse engineering (and some light time travel), they officially declassify and disclose this extraordinary spirit to the universe. Inspired by the effervescent "whiskey highball" style, Ginger Infused is a carbonated, whiskey-based seltzer, crafted with five all-natural ingredients: lemon peel, orange peel, dried ginger, lemongrass, and gentian. This vibrant blend of botanicals is infused into Chattanooga Whiskey’s signature recipe (Chattanooga Whiskey 91), which allows the aged whiskey to extract the full range of bright and refreshing flavors from the whole ingredients. After more than a week of infusion time, the whiskey is then blended with a hint of sugar, carbonated water, and finally canned at a flavorful yet approachable 8% ABV. Cask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - our rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6-10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch-to-batch variation of this distinctly cask-forward bourbon. 750mL bottle.

NAMED WHISKY ADVOCATE'S TOP 20 WHISKIES OF 2020 Tennessee Rye Malt is our rich, malt-forward approach to rye. Inspired by one of our Experimental Distillery’s first batches of whiskey, our version of this rare and flavorful style was made from an abundance of slow toasted and drum roasted rye malt. The result is a bold reinvention of rye, brimming with sweet and savory notes of candied fruit, herbs, and spice. 750mL bottle.

Chatt Whiskey Silver is the "white" expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - also known as "Barrel 91". Named in honor of the complex process and character of our spirit, Silver showcases the complexity of our high malt mash bill, extended fermentation, and finely-tuned distillation process. Given that all whiskeys must legally make contact with a barrel prior to bottling, Silver briefly “kisses” the inside of a single use Tennessee High Malt barrel prior to its 100 proof bottling. This short aging process lightly softens the character of the white spirit, while maintaining the lively, fruity and malty-sweet character that our distillers have drawn from the distillation process.
