- [BOTTLE TO-GO] Mermaid Tears by Cobi's$45.00
This Pet Nat is made from biodynamically grown Garganega, Glera, Muscat Blanc and Trebbiano grapes that are bottled prior to the end of fermentation. The result is a slightly hazy sparkling wine with flavours of lemons, green apples and almonds. This is a natural wine with plenty of zest and freshness.
- [BOTTLE TO-GO] 2022 LAS JARAS OLD VINE ZIN ROSÉ$40.00
On the nose, the 2022 Rosé is all about savory blue tones of blueberry, boysenberry, and hibiscus. On the palate, it is packed with electric sensations of lime, green strawberry and minerality, with a bone-dry finish. It is texturally very light as a result of a gentle touch.
- [BOTTLE TO-GO] 2022 Domaine d'Homs Vindici Malbec$42.00
This big, ripe and juicy wine offers dense tannins and young black-fruit flavors. Bottled without added sulfur, the wine has weight and acidity that keeps it fresh. The texture of this wine nicely compliments the Beef Shortrib or Beef Rendang.
- [BOTTLE TO-GO] 2022 Weingut Hermann Ludes (Hermann Riesling)$46.00
The 2022 Hermann, as it is referred to on the consumer label, is a barely off-dry wine (with 9 g/l of residual sugar) made from fruit mainly harvested in the steep part Klüsserather Bruderschaft. It proves quite herbal, smoky, and spicy at first, before revealing direct notes of earthy spices, greengage, lemon curd, and yellow flowers. The wine proves tight and herbal on the straightforward and zesty palate. It proves a little bit smoother in the nicely animating finish. The aftertaste is still quite tart and already more dry-tasting than off-dry. This is a very good light and racy dry-tasting Riesling.
