Drayton’s Po’Boy; Deep fried, freshly shucked medium oysters, cod, or shrimp on a grilled hoagie with tomato, house slaw, and chipotle mayo. Your choice of side. Our favorite farm snack.

Two thick pieces of locally made focaccia lightly seasoned with fresh herbs, sea salt and olive oil, delivered fresh from a block away.

Raw Draytons on the ½ shell; extra smalls or smalls, tumble bag grown pacific oysters served on ice with our house-made mignonette and lemon wedges.
