8.3 ABV A new Double IPA packed with oats and layers of hand selected Mosaic and Simcoe for a complex blend of tropical, floral and citrus zest aromas. Saturated with hop oils for a dank and resinous drinking experience.

9% ABV A robust Dark Lager brewed with a plethora of specialty and dark malts and lagered to perfection. Deep flavors of roasted malt, semi sweet cocoa, pumpernickel bread, and mild anise.

7.3% ABV An orange hued hazy number with malted wheat and fluffy flaked oats. Huge additions of Citra, Strata, and Motueka hops give this one notes of pineapple sherbet, citrus smoothies and mango candies.

8% ABV Hazy, Double IPA featuring Idaho Gem hops. Intensely fruity, grapefruit forward with passion fruit undertones for an extreme tropical adventure for your taste buds!

7.2% ABV A fresh and vibrant West Coast IPA brewed with a gentle but sturdy malt body and 100% Southern Hemisphere hops. This combination leads to notes reminiscent of yellow kiwi, spring flowers, sweet, soft pine sap and juicy citrus.

5% ABV Bavarian style Hefeweizen with notes of ripe banana and clove.

6.8% ABV A golden, silky smooth IPA that tastes like a fruited shake; double dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Motueka hops.

8% ABV One of the brewers favorites, this Dopplebock was lagered extensively to create a medium, full body with a creamy, smooth finish. Notes of rich malty flavored caramel with dark fruit sweetness of Mission fig, plum, Medjool dates, toffee, and a slight coffee note. A truly festive and celebratory beer.

5.2% ABV A crisp refreshing German style Helles Lager. Showcasing a soft malty sweetness accented by subtle German hops. Approachable and satisfying with a smooth clean finish.

6% ABV Mid-Atlantic take on a New England style IPA. A strong malty back bone supporting a hop character of dank resinous hops; very piney and citrusy.

5.5% ABV An Ale - Lager hybrid stemming from Cologne, Germany. Fermented cold and conditioned in lager fashion for a clean and crisp drinking experience. The addition of Pacifica hops add a floral, citrus, and mild white grape note to this crusher.

6.5% Rich, bold, and irresistibly spiced—this Milk Stout is a decadent fusion of flavors that awaken the senses. Infused with zesty orange, bold espresso, chai spices, cacao, and smooth vanilla, each sip is a velvety blend of sweet, roasty, and aromatic notes. Like a perfectly crafted mocha with a citrusy twist, this stout is cozy, complex, and absolutely indulgent.

4.8% ABV A new model Pilsner ready to walk our runway. We added at least three times as big of an early kettle addition with only Noble Aroma Hops. This provides a pleasant and fresh bitterness and makes it really ridiculously, ridiculously good tasting. Derelïcte is the essence of Pilsner, and Pilsner is the essence of beer.

6% ABV Ready to sip like it’s summer? We stuffed this Sour full of tropical passion fruit, guava, coconut, and banana, with a touch of vanilla. Your tastebuds will be ready for warmer days in no time.

6.5% ABV A bright and vibrant West Coast IPA featuring select hops from near and far for flavors and aromas of freshly zested citrus, pineapple rings, and white grape must.

6.6% ABV A TDH version of this NEIPA, we kept the same malt base for that beautiful and vibrant glow. We triple dry hopped with NZ Cascade, hand-selected Citra and Amarillo cryo consecutively for 3 days. Tropical gelato, sugar coated peach gummies, with a kiss of citrus haze, it's like being in a tropical rain forest during monsoon season.

8.2% ABV Double IPA showcasing Mosaic hops with support from a couple NZ varieties. Whiffs of blueberry clouds, orange blossoms, and lemon glazed donuts.

5.2% ABV Our take on one of our favorite German style Lagers. Brewed with 100% premium German malts and hops, this Dark Lager is smooth, roasty and insanely crushable.

6% ABV Brewed to celebrate the changing weather and crisp air, this naturally carbonated farmhouse lager is made with Pale and Munich malts. A pleasant Noble hop taste produces a clean biscuity finish.
