Westcoast Lager / 4.2% ABV - Notes of passion fruit, yuzu juice, white grapefruit, honeydew, sauv blanc grape, and smashed blueberries.

Japanese Rice Lager / 4.5% ABV - Notes of sushi rice seasoned with citrus blossom and tangerine zest.

Bohemian Pilsner / 4.8% ABV - Notes of light cereal grain, white bread, berry blossoms, candied citrus peel, and fresh salad herbs. [hops: Barley, Hops, Water, and Yeast]

American Lager / 4.8% ABV - We're kind of nerding out on the lack of ability to nerd out on this style. That's not to say that the classic American Lager isn't a great style, we absolutely love Lager in all forms, but a classic American Lager is one of those styles where every little flaw screams to the heavens like Sam Kinnison on a booger sugar binge; but when cared for like an injured bird, and coddled day by day, you can get these Lagers to be simply incredible. Packed to the brim with subtleties and nuance Radios & Rodeos is about as crispy as a Lager can get with a mild graininess and hint of sweetness on the palate that dissipates with with every little explosion of Co2 on your taste buds, unlocking more subdued notes of white pepper, corn flakes, juniper leaf, magnolia blossoms, cheerios, and Americana.

American Pilsner / 5.0% ABV - Crisp, clean, and crackery with complex classic lager notes and aromas of peony petals, toasted crackers, fresh hay, and white peach skins.

Hefeweizen / 5.4% ABV - Fresh peeled banana and sliced oranges on the nose. The beer is full bodied but still light and fluffy. Clove character reigns in the banana flavor and balances out the beer. It finishes moderately dry, with the fruity esters and clove phenols fading to the back, and allowing the wheat backbone of the beer to emerge.

Gose / 4.8% ABV - There was about a 5 month period where Gose had its moment in the sun, everything was coming up Milhouse for the tart, salty style, and refreshing style; and then out of nowhere, like it was impersonating Hoffa, Gose disappeared without a trace. Always being ones to swim against the current, we're not leaving Gose to fade away in our quiver of Sours. For the Salted Seabreeze rendition we brewed up a fairly traditional Gose and fermented it loads of grapefruit and cranberries to compliment the tart and salty base that makes this Sour style stand out all on its own; with refreshing and effervescent notes of fresh sourdough bread, sea salt, lemon peel, and the classic flavors of a Seabreeze cocktail [hops: Grapefruit, Cranberries, French Grey Sea Salt]

Fruited Sour Ale / 6.4% ABV - Kettle Sour Ale balancing fruit sweetness with acidity that tastes like melted rainbow sherbet [contains: Lactose, Vanilla, Raspberries, Limes, Oranges]

Fruited Sour Ale / 7.0% ABV - Notes of raspberries... ...and more raspberries [contains: Raspberries]

Saison / 5.0% ABV - This wheat-heavy Saison features abundant malted and flaked wheat, complemented by citrus and hay-like esters from our original house yeast, now improved with Berkeley Yeast. This sessionable yet complex Farmhouse Ale carries notes of fresh hay, lemon peel, white pepper, and a touch of magnolia, with light hopping for a grassy character and a refreshing lemonade kick, inspired by French and Belgian Farmhouse ales.

Belgian Pale Ale / 5.8% ABV - Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of any cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit. While often playing second fiddle to the more popular Belgian Golden Strong Pale Ales, the simple Belgian Pale Ale is maybe one of the greatest styles of beer in history; popping off all of the same esters and flavors that Belgium made famous but more sessionable.

Westcoast IPA / 6.7% ABV - Notes of sweet tropical fruits, ripe melon, strawberry juice, passionfruit, guava, riesling grapes, ruby red grapefruit, and a hint of the ganj. [hops: Strata, HBC586]

Westcoast IPA / 6.7% ABV - Dry, crisp, clear, and extremely juicy with notes of honeydew melon, kiwi, passionfruit, and ruby red grapefruit [hops: Mosaic]

New Zealand IPA / 6.8% ABV - Notes of fresh passionfruit, sauvignon blanc grapes, key lime zest, sweet apricots, gooseberry, hints of pineapple, juicy pear, lychee gummies, and a tropical diesel character. [hops: Nelson]

IPA / 6.6% ABV - Soft and pillowy mouthfeel with notes of sweet papaya, peach skins, moscato wine, grapefruit peel, summer melon, and pear Jelly Bellys.

IPA / 6.9% ABV - Juicy IPA with a lean and simple malt profile, medium body and all Citra hops to make it the orange juice of beers [hops: Citra]

TDH IPA / 6.9% ABV - Notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, passion fruit puree, lemoncello, tangerine zest, mango chunks, and summer citrus punch. [hops: Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Citra Spectrum, Citra Quantum]

IPA / 7.0% ABV - If someone were to ask us, “What are the five greatest hops of all time?” the only answer we could give is Nelson, Nelson, Nelson, Nelson, and Nelson because it spit hot fire. As for number six? That would probably have to be Strata. Pairing these two hops together was an absolute no brainer, going pretty heavy with the Nelson and a little lighter on the overly aggressive Strata the result is a simply perfect duet leaving Losing Day dripping in notes of fresh passionfruit, sauvignon blanc grapes, key lime, sweet apricots, juicy pineapple, strawberries, papaya, and that lovely Nelson diesel. Hops: Nelson and StrataIPA brewed with Nelson and Strata hops.

IPA / 7.0% ABV - Notes of strawberry astronaut ice cream, passionfruit curd, fresh smashed raspberries, riesling grapes, sugared grapefruit wedges, mango puree, lime zest, papaya, and the stickiest of the ickiest weed. [hops: Strata]

Double IPA / 8.3% ABV - Super juicy DIPA with big notes of orange peel and pinot gris wine grapes [hops: Citra, Blanc]

Belgian Quadrupel Ale / 10% ABV - A delicious and complex recollection of times passed; the apex of every Belgian line-up, this Belgian Dark Strong Ale is brewed with utter hubris alongside Belgian candi sugars, barley, and hops.

Remember about 15 years ago when breweries regularly made robust Stouts, Barleywines, and a handful of other imperialized styles without crazy ingredients? Wee Heavy / 11.0% ABV - Wrapt in a Warm Flannel is more Scottish than a headbutt on a rainy day; this lightly peated Scotch Ale uses a blend of malts from Scotland and England along with a long boil to create a mildly smoky mass of malty complexity.
