While this is the first official Happy Medium / Old Forester Single Barrels, this is the 8th barrel we have done with Old Forester and they have all been pretty incredible. The first official Old Forester Single Barrel at 100pf. The whiskey drinks really easy at 100pf and has tons of caramel, banana's foster with a super long finish. Great on its own or make some killer cocktails with it.

Our first official Old Forester Barrel Proof clocking in at 132.5pf. This delicious whiskey has plenty of heat, but drinks at a much lower proof. Great nose on this one with tons of oak spice and hints of vanilla, caramel, citrus and some banana. Drinks super rich with barrel front and center with loads of viscosity on this blue beast. A Great whiskey with a crazy long finish that seems to go on forever.

Named after our great friend Craig "Pappi" Robinson who always dressed impeccably and rocked boots and bolo ties with pride. This is the 7th barrel pick of Old Forester we've done and again we chose Warehouse H and Floor 8. Must be something to those high floors that we love.

A vibrant and delicious Beaujolais. Fresh, pure with good minerality. Notes of rose petals, juicy cherries, with some pepper and wild herbs. As the label suggests, Thibault Charnay’s Beaujolais is straight out of the pierres dorées, the golden limestone terroir of the southern Beaujolais. Grown organically, and vinified naturally, this is a perfect Gamay to enjoy without fuss.

Get off the Cava-hater train and get onto this. Chock full of apple and citrus with a honeyed, quince-y thing going on underneath, this is perfect for a pre-dinner drink, or a during dinner drink, or an after dinner drink. It's perfect for drinking, basically. ABV: 11.5%
