IPA, 6.5% - brewed with citra, dry hopped with citra, cryo citra, and Nectaron (NZ) w/ notes of bright citrus and ripe pineapple

7.5% - Mixed Culture Sour - Hudson Valley (NY) collab, BA golden sour fermented on pluots (MI), aged on lemon balm & lemon verbena (NY)

6.6% Fruited Golden Sour - the next iteration of our Throughline series, this golden sour beer from our Solera foeder fermented on Balaton cherry, blueberry, and rhubarb for two and half months. All the fruit came from MickKlug Farm in St. Joseph, MI!

8.0% Peach Sour - blend of four French wine casks with two different batches of 2019 coolship beer, refermented on on MI grown white peaches and tango donut peaches
