We will dip our toes in with a Classic Laddie cocktail, then taste through the Barley Single Malt 2014, Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014, Port Heavily Peated Charlotte 18 Year, Octomore 15.1, and the 18 Year. Boozy eggnog made by yours truly. The trick with real eggnog is the aging process, so we made this batch back in September. Everything is better with age. Our milk punch is also dairy free, so we use oat milk, coconut milk, and coconut cream. When fridge temp it is pretty firm. Let it come to room temp or run under warm water before serving. The first of our barrels to arrive! We went to Bainbridge to pick the first ever single barrel cask strength release from Highside for our drinking delight. We tasted through eight barrels and found the one that is just right for us.

Tumblin Dice is the new project from Dave Schmier, who started the brand Redemption over a decade ago. As long time fans of Redemption we are excited for this new bottling and what they are doing with it. We really like this whiskey and hope you will too. This is cask strength and is packed full of spice.

We are nerding out on Speyside Scotch and you're invited to come along for the ride! Great for both seasoned Scotch drinkers and newbs to the category.
