New at Kenosha Coffee Roasters! This washed coffee comes to Dark Matter Coffee from finca La Gloria, owned and operated by the Pacas' extended family, and is home to a beautiful lot of Pacas trees. It has been about 8 years since we've sourced coffee from La Gloria, and we are excited to have this back! This coffee popped on the cupping table with floral, and tropical fruit notes coming through, so we're roasting this up with less heat and treating it like a natural to highlight the acidity of these beans!
