A lovely, light purée of many vegetables. Inspired by Austin's trip to Portugal where this rustic + wholesome dish was served at almost every restaurant. (vegan)

House-made sourdough focaccia with caponata (Italian salad of eggplant, peppers, tomato, capers and raisins- sweet + sour + so good!) with provolone and basil. SIMPLY GORGEOUS

thin sliced salami, capicola, mortadella and provolone with hot pepper relish, lettuce, oil, vinegar and oregano on our sesame seed hoagie roll.

Like the regular Italian sandwich, but with no meat! Has added pickles, cheese and veggies. Make it vegan by opting for no cheese.

Vegan chickpea salad made with celery, onion, parsley and toum (garlic sauce)! Comes on the sesame seed sub roll with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Vegan. Add stuff if you like!
