Nopa's own distinct barrel of Barr Hill Tom Cat Gin. This is a 100 proof Old Tom style gin is sweetened with Barr Hill Honey and rested in an ex-bourbon barrel.

Sazerac 18 year is a highly allocated rye. The 2014 batch was a blend of only 26 barrels. This rye is not hot or spicy, it gives soft dry honey, vanilla, peach and citrus notes with a hint of leather.
