A couple months back Heady Cup, a coffee roaster from nearby McHenry, dropped off some beautiful coffee for us to sample. One thing led to another and we decided to try out some of their beans in Proper Trollied. After a cupping at their roastery we decided to go with their Flo, a medium roasted coffee blended from Central and South American coffee beans. Their chocolate forward coffee on top of our easy drinking, flavorful Dark English mild. Flavors reminiscent of chocolate latte and fresh baked biscuits.

A German-style dark lager with notes of roasted nuts, toffee, and subtle cocoa powder. Easy drinking, but full of flavor and perfect for cold Winter evenings.

Returning is one of our favorite seasonal lagers - welcome back to our P3 Czech-Style Dark Lager. Czech and Bohemian-grown malts, traditional Czech lager yeast, a touch of Czech Saaz hops, and a long eight weeks spent cold conditioning in our horizontal lagering tanks provide lightly roasted herbal baker's chocolate notes to this 5.3% lager.

Our annual Winter IPA Just Use Your Wings is back! This year, we toned the recipe down to a single IPA with a crushable ABV of 6.8%. A simple yet refined malt bill lets the big notes of pine, lemon zest, and lemongrass shine as bright as all the members of the P3 team. Enjoy some creative hummingbird doodles from the staff at our Lake Zurich taproom and Elmhurst Taproom + Kitchen as you sip this banger - and remember to just use your wings.

Continual chill brings tidings of shifting seasons and with it, the return of our German-style P3 Doppelbock lager. Smooth, malty, and balanced after a long eight-week sleep in our horizontal lagering tanks with notes of freshly baked bread + caramel, and a heftier ABV of 8.2% to keep you warm against the blustery November wind.

Warmest Wishes Peppermint is a 6.6% Milk Stout that embodies the holiday season in a glass. Black Friday this year is for stouts - introducing our new collaboration with local bottle shop The Open Bottle - Monotype. This uniquely rich 12% imperial stout is layered with vibrant prints of espresso, caramel, and chocolate chips. Think, espresso martini, in beer form.

What started as a test to see if we could actually put out a style that's goes against the modern, hoppy, high ABV, adjuncted, beer that ISN'T a lager has proven itself time and time again. This English Style Dark Mild has made it's way into seasonal core lineup. The most flavorful 3.8% you'll have. Notes of cocoa powder, biscuits, and subtle notes of dark roasted coffee. This one's typically featured on cask at our Elmhurst spot, if you see it on, trust us and get a pour.

Geo is a West Coast Pilsner hopped with Citra and Mosaic. This hybrid pulls from the strengths of our hoppy and lager side of expertise. Dry, hoppy, bitter, quenching, delicious, and memorable.
