Our Chef-tasting experience is a five-course family style offering that concludes with a chef-selected dessert item. The items change based on seasonal availability with examples of past items being wasabi-crusted ahi tuna slices, bleu cheese seared sirloin, and truffle-buttered creamy linguine. Your $5 reservation fee goes toward your $49 dining experience. You must call the restaurant with any culinary limitations at least 48 hours before your seating. Please include your group size, and reservation date & time in the "Special Instructions" area below when purchasing.

Ryfe's family recipe has been shared with you, our beloved guests! Shrimp, cod, lump crab and super lump crab are all simmered in our cream and broth based secret recipe.

Fresh romaine is topped with shaved parmesan cheese, grated parmesan cheese, Texas-style large croutons, & mixed together with our housemade Caesar dressing

A fresh iceburg lettuce head is cut and topped with bleu cheese crumbles, housemade bleu cheese dressing, real maple wood bacon crumbles, our fig balsamic glaze, and roasted cherry tomatoes

Mixed greens, cucumbers, red onions, grape tomatoes, and Texas-style large croutons are mixed with our housemade blood orange vinaigrette

7oz portioned fresh black cod is marinated, blast heated, roasted and finished with a Korean-influenced sweet and tangy chili sauce

Our housemade Classic Arancini are made when arborio rice is combined with our spice and cheese blend, lightly breaded and flash fried. Served with our house marinara and basil.

Two shrimp skewers with five large marinated shrimp & our house LoCo Thai slaw

Fresh mozzarella discs are separated by garlic peppered NJ tomatoes, drizzled in extra virgin olive oil, fig-balsamic glaze, and fresh basil

Roasted cauliflower florets are tossed with roasted shaved garlic, fig balsamic glaze, smoked maple bacon crumbles and freshly grated Parmesan-Riggiano cheese

three premium scallops halved & sautéed in wine & butter and served over garlic-wilted spinach

Our center-cut Esposito-butchered filet mignon is sliced and topped with w/horseradish aioli and served along with our butterflied garlic shrimp skewers, crab cakes, tuna tartare, house-fried wonton chips & roasted bacon and cauliflower. Serves 6 as an app.

An entire 14oz Lobster tail is grilled, sautéed in butter and garlic and diced w/over a pound of our Jasmine Street-Fried Rice - Serves 4 as app

sirloin filets and fresh chicken breasts are flash-pan-fried with white sweet onions, tossed in a thai chili sauce and served over jasmine rice. Serves 4 as an app

Pan seared jumbo scallops, pearled couscous with wild truffled mushrooms, sliced avocado, blistered tomatoes, arugula, finished with black pepper and olive oil.

Our bone-in house spice-rubbed 20oz ribeye is grilled medium and served with baby potatoes & the chef-selected vegetable of the day.

Our skin-on 8oz Asian glazed salmon is pan fried and oven finished and served with our vegetable fried rice and chef-selected vegetable of the day

one half of a 14oz grilled lobster tail is placed atop 16oz of our housemade seafood bisque

Our huge 18oz grilled bone-in pork chop is topped with Argentinian sauce and served with garlic mashed potatoes and the chef-selected vegetable of the day.

An 8oz Asian marinated, fire glazed and baked black cod filet is finished with more sticky Asian sesame sauce & served over our house vegetable fried rice.

Our Esposito-butchered, 8oz center-cut filet mignon is topped with bleu cheese crumbles & house-made dressing and served with fresh garlic mashed potatoes and the chef-selected vegetable of the day.
