Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness and fragrance with floral notes and intense minerality, a profound expression of the volcanic-origin soil composition. When tasting, the different vintages are expressed in a long succession of hints and notes ranging from just-blooming flowers to chamomile, hazelnut, citrus and tropical fruit.

The Chardonnay was hand harvested and whole cluster pressed. It was then transferred to French oak (40% new oak) where it fermented and aged for 10 months. This wine is bright and fresh with lots of citrus and tropical fruit notes and finishes with a nice touch of vanilla and toast.

Aromatics framed by herbaceous notes of sage & savannah grass. On the palate, a creamy, food-friendly acidity & delightfully balanced viscosity lead to flavors of tree fruit & early-picked melon. The moderate finish lingers just long enough on the tongue.
