Raw Empanadas (24 hour required)

How to prepare at home? Deep Fried we prefer corn oil but you can use vegetable oil or canola. Pre heat oil to 335 degrees and deepfried the empanadas for about 5-7 minutes or until it reaches 165 degrees internal temperature. Air Fryer: Place in air fryer and with a brush or spray apply a little bit of oil, cook at 200f for about 10 -15 minutes until golden brown or until it reaches 165f internal temperature.
