Paratha is the flatbread version of roti. It is soft and perfect for dipping. It has a shredded consistency hence why we call it "bussupshut" or "bussup". Dhalpuri is an infused variation with various spices and split peas layered within the dough. It is great for wrapping your proteins and sides. Pair your roti with the protein of your choosing. Add tamarind and peppa on the side. All roti served with aloo (chickpeas and potatoes), spinach, pumpkin, and dhal (split pea side).
