- Falcon Smash IPA
Our flagship IPA. Dank hop character from dry hop of Falconer's Flight, and a proprietary blend of rotating hop varietals. Fermented with our house ale strain.
$15.00 - Litehaus Lager
Our rice lager, brewed in the American Light Lager Style with malted barley, a minimal charge of noble hops, our super soft water profile, and Jasmine puffed rice, returns today to bolster up our lager collection. An incredibly pale, easy drinking lager that we hope takes you back to the elder scholastic days of yore. The results of a lengthy rest for maxed out enzymatic activity to increase dryness, the addition of fancy rice, and patient dedication to letting it sit cold forever, culminates into a clean, light beer solely aimed at playing a background role in all your warm weather activities. We taste impressions of unsweetened puffed rice cereal, a faintly sweet earthiness, and soft white grape. Incredibly dry and crisp, and at 3.6% ABV it ain’t taking you anywhere you weren’t already headed.
$13.00 - Element Golden Ale$13.00
- Under The Thames Best Bitter
The third iteration of our first ever, brewed to style Best Bitter returns today. Constructed from 100% UK ingredients and a classic single infusion mash, including a hefty dose of decadent English Crystal Malts. Fermented with the strain that arguably embodies the pride of London better than any other, this one has been bent on those cooler weather tones from its inception. We find impressions of black tea, candied orange peel, slightest hint of roast, and caramel like cracker jacks. As with many of our beers, this example highlights our unrelenting pursuit of the complex, obtained by and with simplicity. 4.5% ABV
$13.00 - Czech Amber Lager
Just in case Czech Pale and Dark weren’t quite Goldilocks levels of “feels just right”, we proudly present our take on the Czech Amber Lager style. Brewed with malts of varying degrees of kilning, and with varying countries of origin, the style guidelines, as they are, weren’t a ton of help here. Our take leans into the continental end of the malt spectrum, where a Vienna style lager meets a UK Bitter, oddly enough. Utilizing, as always, fresh CZ Saaz, and fermented with our house Czech Lager strain, we find impressions of black cherry walnut, deeply toasted bread crust, dry caramel, delicate rye, and a bouncy yet definitively plush feel. 5% ABV
$13.00 - Baby Falcon IPA
At 4.5% ABV, the baby of our beloved flagship Falcon Smash returns to cans today… this beer seems to be a constant favorite and at this point, hopefully needs no introduction or overly wordy preamble… even if that’s kind of our bag. We notice impressions of tropical citrus, bright navel orange, dark berry, and hints of slight pine and mint laced dankness. Entirely drinkable for the day, and equally forgettable as it is impactful.
$14.50 - Clever Girl IPA
Clever Girl IPA, our incredibly light bodied, soft and dryer American IPA with impressions of tropical citrus, dark berry, grapefruit pith, and orange soaked pine returns today. This beer, as always, is hopped with our hand selected Citra and Mosaic. This beer continues, even after ~8 years or so, to hold our attention.
$15.00 - Battle Creek DIPA
Our formidable 100% kettle and dry hopped Mosaic DIPA, fermented with our house ale strain, and a serious amount of various forms of white wheat, makes its return today. While we don’t brew this beer with a high degree of frequency throughout the year, we wake it.. when we need it. This is one of our first examples of a single hopped DIPA with a relatively new at the time, incredibly characterful hop cultivar that continues to be able to stand on its own. As of the last couple years, our ability to select our lots of Mosaic, has made brewing this beer even more special. This one opens with zesty white grapefruit, Dole orange juice, fresh spruce, and melon like vanilla cream, all culminating into our forever softer stone fruit laden finish. 8% ABV
$18.00 - Second Pressings
From aging our mixed fermentation beers in Red Wine barrels to using various varietals of grape pomace in our Floraison series, the Pollak crew has been a friend to the Triple Crossing team for almost our entire 10 years. In the fall of 2023, the Triple Crossing team visited our friends at Pollak Vineyards in Waynesboro, VA for a long-awaited collaboration. When Nick brought up the idea of collaborating on a wine produced and bottled at Pollak, we jumped at the opportunity. The resulting product is a wine loosely based on the piquette style of low alcohol, white wine made on second pressings of Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. Weighing in at 8.6% ABV, Second Pressings La Boisson displays impressions of honeydew melon, ripe strawberry, light musk, green tea and a specific Aqua perfume. This style, and specifically this wine, are purpose built for consumption on these 70 degree spring days with a side of sharp cheddar and brie, if we do say so ourselves.
$18.50 - Western Edge
As we continue down the well-beaten path created by those west coast brewers from the earlier 2000’s, we’ve found ourselves willing to trial out just a touch of crystal malt, even after so much of our previous willingness to whine and complain about its use. Opinions and attitudes, despite just how entrenched they might be, can and do change. The focus of such a departure in recipe formulation is in search of an additional depth of malt character that would complement our dryer American Ale yeast fermentation alongside the chosen varietals of Citra, Nelson, and Centennial. The above efforts and carefully made decisions show up here as deep mango and papaya, freshly microplaned navel orange zest, delicate dank grassy white wine, grapefruit pith, and fleeting tones of underripe berry. 6% ABV
