We combined equal parts of our 3 favorite base malts from them which are their Colonial Pilsner, Pale Wheat and Pale Rye. The outcome is a cloudy easy drinking delicious pilsner with some wonderful malt flavors from the variety of grains as well as Deer Creek’s floor malting process.
