- Martin's Pretzel Bite | Maple Bourbon$9.00Out of stock
Featured in FOOD+WINE, The New York Times and Vogue, and gracing the green rooms of Saturday Night Live and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Martin’s Handmade Pretzels remain the finest example of the hard pretzel form, using only flour, water, yeast, salt and soda. The Martin family, who began baking pretzels in the 1930s, continues the Pennsylvania Dutch tradition, which came to 17th century New York and Pennsylvania across the Atlantic from medieval Europe, where the twisted snack originated. Today, each of our bakers hand roll around 12-15 pretzels per minute, creating a finished treat with a unique texture and singular flavor that remarkably weighs less than the flour that goes into making it.

- Burlap & Barrel | Royal Cinnamon$6.00
Our Royal Cinnamon has been harvested in the mountains around the ancient Vietnamese capital city of Huế for centuries. This is an heirloom variety not widely harvested or exported, and it exemplifies the intense sweetness and spiciness for which Vietnamese cinnamon is prized. Use it in place of Saigon or other cinnamons in pastries and baked goods, or sprinkle into rich, savory meat or tomato-based dishes. Royal Cinnamon is the species Cinnamomum loureiroi. It was historically called Saigon cinnamon, but most of what's exported as Saigon cinnamon these days is Cinnamomum cassia. They are different species, but they are often confused for one another, and it's worth noting that neither cinnamon grows anywhere near Saigon! If you're looking for cinnamon that's less sweet and spicy and more citrusy and complex, check it out

- Bjorn Qorn | Sun Popped Popcorn (3oz)$6.00
We perfected our signature recipe using the heat of the sun. At our Kelder's Farm location we began using enormous mirrored reflectors to collect the sun's rays and focus them on our kettles. Now we also have a solar-electric facility just down the road where we continue our original savory recipe and have more plans in the works. We use homegrown non-gmo popcorn and season with all natural, gluten free, and vegan ingredients. There is no butter or cheese! Bjorn Qorn's special flavor comes from nutritional yeast, which is a high protein and high B-vitamin seasoning that is popular in vegan cuisine, but is especially great on popcorn.

- Rick's Picks' | Pickles$3.00
For me, the passion for pickles began as a family affair. I grew up making pickles with my Mom, Holly and my Dad, Dan in the summertime in Vermont. Making those pickles was as much fun as eating them, and that pleasure stayed with me as I grew up. I rekindled the passion for pickle-making in the kitchen of my one-bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn over 15 years ago, using fresh produce from the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. And after a career as a television producer for VH1 and Bill Moyers, I founded Rick's Picks in 2004. Over the course of the next several years I built the company into a national brand known for savory, hand packed, all natural pickles made in season with produce from trusted local farmers. We’ve won numerous industry awards for innovative pickles of exceptional quality, distinctive flavor profiles and mouth-watering appeal.
- Amagansett | Pure Sea Salt (2.5 oz)$12.00
"We began Amagansett Sea Salt Co. in 2011 as an adventure marrying two of our favorite things – fine food and life by the ocean! Today, salt making is our passion, and finishing salt our full-time business." Our salt is unrefined, crunchy sea salt, crafted entirely by hand in small batches from the Atlantic Ocean. Our traditional process utilizing open-air salt pans is entirely natural, requiring only the sea, wind, sun, and patience. We evaporate fresh, clean, filtered seawater outdoors under the sun and bathed by ocean breezes. Unlike most others, we do not boil or oven-dry seawater nor trap the forming crystals in a factory building or greenhouse. We use no anti-caking agents, bleaching additives, or other chemical additions. We proudly and painstakingly craft our products to our exacting standards without cutting corners. ( generally used as a "finishing salt" )

By 2014, we were experimenting with balsamic style apple vinegar, converting several of our applejack brandy barrels to vinegar. Today, our 6 different flavored vinegars will add to anyone's kitchen. Using a variety of ingredients, we work tirelessly to ensure quality and freshness are bottled with love in each small batch.
