Fox River Rye Whiskey is distilled from 100% rye, rather than being cut with corn, wheat or barley. All of our A2DC rye is sourced from local area farms and distilled entirely on premises. There are no additives from other distilleries added to our Fox River Rye, giving us complete control over the product. The rye sits in a new American Oak barrel for at least one year, but regularly much longer. We simply wait until it is ready to go. If you are a fan of rye, Fox River Rye definitely belongs in your collection, waiting for other like-minded rye drinkers to sit at your table and enjoy this rare spirit.

We created this Michigan whiskey with our signature 4-grain mash bill. Filtered through cherrywood charcoal for a smoky finish.

This limited production spirit is produced by taking a few barrels of our Fox River Michigan Whiskey and finishing it in our used Bourbon barrels which had just recently aged locally produced Maple Syrup.  The Whiskey is then bottled and showcases a slight, yet unmistakable Michigan Maple Syrup character.  Not too sweet, and a pure expression of what our State has to offer.

Fox River Michigan Whiskey is an homage to all that is great about Michigan.  It is a four grain Whiskey, distilled from the highest quality Michigan grown corn, rye, barley and wheat.  Once it has matured in our American oak barrels, it is finished by pouring over Michigan Cherrywood charcoal before bottling, The 100 proof gives this whiskey a unique bite. Less sweet than bourbon, the notes from the barrel and the wheat in the mash bill are more pronounced making this a unique product that can't be replicated by the boys down south.

Water Hill Absinthe Violette uses the classic ingredients of wormwood, fennel and star anise, along with other, less common ingredients that pay homage to the terroir of Michigan. Such as linden and elderflower. The resulting spirit is a unique violet hue that transforms into a cool lavender when diluted.

The A2DC Water Hill line is where we park our most ambitious experiments. To make our Fernet, we sourced as many local products from farms right next door including rhubarb root, hibiscus flower, peppermint, spearmint, sage and others. These key elements, along with eleven other herbs and botanicals, creates a unique take on the traditional Italian Amaro. Both bitter and sweet, Water Hill Fernet is a delicious grain to glass post-dinner digestif, or as an ingredient in your favorite cocktails.

Our Spaulding's Peppermint Schnapps veers away from the super-sweet versions you might remember from Christmas past.
