Matcha | Ginger - We infuse milk by heating chopped ginger, honey, milk, and a little cinnamon on the stove for 15 minutes, then strain out the ginger and blend the infused milk into the matcha base. Made with matcha from Paru Tea.

Raspberry | Rosewater | Matcha - We make whipped cream from scratch with matcha and vanilla. Then swirl it into a raspberry rosewater gelato base. Made with matcha from Paru Tea.

Chocolate | Hazelnut - Vegan gelato reminiscent of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. It's made with a chocolate base, roasted hazelnut pieces, and homemade hazelnut praline folded in.

Inspired by the strawberry matcha latte at one of An’s favorite cafés, Rikka Fika, this gelato uses house-milled ceremonial matcha from Paru Tea – a specialty loose leaf tea and matcha company based in San Diego – and combines it with a homemade strawberry jam.

Inspired by sticky toffee pudding popular in the United Kingdom, this gelato combines a homemade butterscotch from brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cream with a date sponge cake made with Medjool dates, molasses, vanilla, and chopped pecans all mixed into a vanilla and molasses gelato base.

Cream | Chocolate Cookies | Nutella - Cookies and cream, the An’s way. We make chocolate cookies in-house, crush them up, and add them to our cream gelato. Oh yeah, we also add Nutella.

Cream Cheese + Pumpkin Butter - This one is becoming a classic at An's. Just in time for spooky season! We make a spiced pumpkin butter in-house and layer it into a cream cheese gelato. Together, these flavors swirl perfectly to create a gelato that will remind you of a pumpkin cheesecake.
