This golden wheat beer gives well balanced notes of clove and banana and was brewed according to century old German brewing techniques. • 5.5% ABV

A heavy dry-hopped diet of Citra gives the Baby Shark ripe flavors of grapefruit, peaches, & soft mango, & makes it's habitat in a sea of hazy orange clementine.

Purple Starfish - Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic Hops 5.7% ABV The best combo of hops. Juicy with big, sweet, tropical notes of citrus

The ancient ancestor of the modern day Kangaroo, a VelociRabbit was notorious for herding large amounts of Beach Chickens to their demise. This lower ABV IPA is the little brother of Laser Raptors. Using the same amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook as Laser Raptors, this beer has a powerful berry aroma and nice pine note. The oats and wheat maintain the creamy mouthfeel that Laser Raptors is known for lending the lower ABV the ability to make a crispy break just as the hops surprise your palate. (5.5% ABV)

West Coast A Small Town in Ontario - Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe Hops 6% ABV The original, but make it West Coast. Full of tropical fruits & blueberry notes with extra emphasis on the pine

West Coast Nuances of Meaning - Mosaic and Citra Hops 5.5% ABV Boasting flavors of citrus-y clementine, berry and hint of pine with a clean, crisp finish

A gnarly twist on our Orange Starfish, this one boasts the well-loved, fruit-packed aroma & flavors of citrus, orange, pineapple, & grapefruit. Still brewed with Citra & Galaxy, this variation is a bit lighter in color & a tad more bitter, paying homage to those West Coast bois (5.7% ABV)

Double Pink Starfish - Galaxy, Citra, and Strata Hops 8.3% ABV Big notes of citrus, strawberry, tropical fruit, and grapefruit

This DIPA shows no mercy with a juicy roundhouse of mango, pineapple, passionfruit, pine & berry. Dry-hopped with Mosaic, Galaxy & Amarillo, it’ll chop & drop your senses into submission. Come & get it! 8.4%

Master of Oranges - Galaxy, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra Hops 8.3% ABV Double Orange Starfish meets Master of Karate. Big notes of candied orange, nectarine, pineapple, and pine 8.4%

Pew Pew Pew is Dry Hopped with copious amounts of three of our favorite hops: Citra, Mosaic, & Galaxy. The result is a huge soft pillowy mouthfeel with notes of peach, passionfruit, mango, & pineapple. (12.8% ABV)

This sour ale is conditioned on Watermelon, Raspberry, Blackberry, Mint, Toasted Coconut, and Milk Sugar. (6% ABV)

creamy ganache ✢ red plums ✢ apricots Our darkest roast, "Going to be a long one" is our Espresso blend. This espresso roast extracts so creamy! AND by using peaberries, we are able to maintain some beautiful fruit without roasting it away as well. Developing this espresso took a bit more math I'll admit, but it was well worth it. To slightly explain, the peaberries get blasted with a higher temperature since these little guys are so dense, then lowered to even out the developing.
