- AGAVE CINNAMON SYRUP
10oz Water 24oz Agave 90g Cinnamon 6oz Champagne Vinegar 1oz Pepper Tincture (Everclear) Toast Cinnamon, then allow to steep in water, stir in Agave, allow to cool add tinctures and vinegar
- HONEY SYRUP
24oz Honey 12oz Water
- DEMARERA SYRUP
24oz Dem Sugar 24oz Water
- SIMPLE SYRUP
24oz Water 24oz Sugar
- MINT SYRUP
Make 2 cups Rich Simple 2:1 Allow to cool Boil Pot of water Fill Cambro with ice water Blanch Mint Peel mint leaves from stems allow to cool add rich simple and Mint leaves to blender Blend and fine strain into deli containers
- SALT AND PEPPER TINCTURE
10oz Taaka Vodka 10 grams pepper corn 1 TBS salt Mix all ingredients in jar and let rest for minimum 5 days
- CINNAMON TINCTURE
10oz Taaka Vodka 50grams Cinnamon
- JALAPENO TINCTURE
10oz Taaka 3 Jalapenos add jalapenos to taaka in a jar, let rest overnight and strain
