Our Classic Hazy IPA with our Brewers' Choice Hops: Citra and Mosaic | 6% ABV | 35 IBU

American Wheat Ale | 4.8% ABV | 19 IBU

Hazy Session IPA with New Zealand Nectaron Hops | 4% ABV | 20 IBU | In the southern hemisphere, hops are usually harvested in April and May. We selected Nectaron hops for its unique flavors of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit and pineapple. The phrase “sipping the nectar of the moment” encourages appreciating the present and savoring each experience.

Pilsner with Citra Noble Hops | 4.5% ABV | 32 IBU | Brewed on January 2nd 2025, our newest lager has patiently matured in the fermentor for over three months. We used an old-world German Pilsner recipe and added new-world American Citra Noble hops for a crisp flavor unlike any other we’ve created before.

Hazy Double IPA with Galaxy, Enigma, and Vic Secret Hops | 8% ABV | 33 IBU | Using all the techniques to extract as much hop flavor as possible, our newest DIPA is brimming with complex notes of tropical, stone and citrus fruit. All originating from Australia, these three hops produce a unique Southern Hemisphere flavor profile of passionfruit, peach, and orange.

American Red Ale | 5.6% ABV | 23 IBU | Our classic and Lab-favorite Red is back!

Golden Ale | 5.8% ABV | 32 IBU | A balanced malt flavor of sweet bread and graham crackers complimented by subtle hints of toast, toffee, and chocolate.
