Everyone loves the Margherita, named after Queen Margherita of Savoy. This pie is named for her husband, King Umberto I. Same tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil but the cheese is upgraded to di Bufala mozzarella, made from imported Italian buffalo milk by Lioni. It's a different melt with a slightly tangier taste that works regally on this pie.
