Fresh chicken blackened and put over fresh greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled egg and sautéed portabella mushrooms and onions with your choice of dressing.

Fresh chicken breast grilled or deep fried. Place it on top of fresh greens with sweet cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, crumbled blue cheese. May we recommend our housemade ranch or blue cheese dressing??

We butcher whole filet’s in house. We recommend it cooked pink. Place it on a bed of fresh greens, sweet cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, a hardboiled egg, shredded cheddar cheese and our fresh cut fries really puts the “Pittsburgh” in this salad.

Shaved Ribeye topped with our delicious beer cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms all cooked together to create a steak hoagie that will make people from Philly jealous!

Honey stung chicken on top of 2 pearl sugar waffles. These honey infused chicken tenders are ridic!! Combined these 2 things equal one amazing meal!! Topped with powdered sugar and a side of syrup.

Slow cooked and delicious pot roast over grilled Texas toast with a large side of fresh cut fries. We put our homemade gravy all over it all!! You will need a fork, knife and a napkin for this one.

We slow slow SLOW cook our Corned Beef in house. This is the real deal. Bubba is a corned beef snob and he would not have it any other way. Never store bought corned beef here! Almost a half pound of corned beef topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and 1000 Island Dressing on freshy marble rye bread.

10oz house cut prime sirloin, served with a side of grilled zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes. Our Burghers are all steak, so why not have a steak on our menu???

Sauteed portobello mushrooms, sauteed onions, sauteed bell peppers, with fresh spring mix and diced tomatoes, topped with our housemade artichoke aioli all wrapped in a large spinach wrap.
