6.5% NEIPA w/ 100% Citra - Pouring a hazy gold, Citronious blasts with the fresh flavor and aromas of citrus, mango and tropical fruits. This single-hopped IPA is a true showcase for the juicy, dank, notoriously big character of the dynamic Citra hop.

Ringstrasse, "Ring Road", is named for the revered boulevard encircling the historic, artistic and civic heart of Vienna. A brilliant clarity of autumnal copper reveals the toasted, full character of the finest continental malt and crisp finish of noble hops. 5.2% Munich-style Dunkel - We collaborated on a Munich-style Dunkel with Pink Boots Society Florida just in time for the official season of lager - Oktoberfest! We've been utilizing different brewing methods for our darker lagers including this collaboration, Treber, brewed with a traditional step mash and decoction. Both of these methods really help amplify the malt character and its full complexity.

4.8% German-style Pilsner - Crisp, complex and classic, this German Lager pours a brilliant, sparkling gold. Made with only the highest-quality German malts, aromatic noble hop varieties and a traditional long, cold maturation. Some things are classics for a reason.

3.9% Hazy Coastal Lager w/ Mosaic, Motueka, & Galaxy - Fresh, modern hop varieties rock this hazy, crazyfun lager. Huge aromas of citrus, lime zest, and white pepper in a clean, dry, Everytime Beer. Head Brewer Jason Thompson’s concept of the beer was to capture the hop character and smooth, creamy qualities of a hazy IPA but get it super-dry and drinkable. Accomplishing this would use the hopping schedule and modern, tropical hop varieties of a NEIPA and a grain bill stuffed with wheat and oats. To get the clean, dry, appetizing, crushable character he employed a smooth lager fermentation and the intensive mash regime of a light lager.

5% Hefeweizen - All German malts and traditional yeast strain create a refreshing, soft, full wheat beer with complex notes of banana, spice, and clove. A royal drink of deep pride and satisfaction.
