GABF Gold medal-winning Imperial Stout aged in Elijah Craig 12 year bourbon barrels for 30 months. Dark chocolate, oak, vanilla, and fruit notes play in full harmony in this richly complex beer. 9.9% Alc/Vol

2018 Heatrays / Barleywine / 10.1% Our barleywine yields layers of English malts including Maris Otter Crystal 40 and Dark Crystal. Dry and fortified with fruity esters and a slight hop presence, this beer can be consumed now, but will cellar well for up to 2 years.

All-malt Lager / 5.1% Alc/vol / Lorem ipsum. An all-malt lager in the shape of beer to come. Easy drinking and balanced with a light body, distinct malt character, and delicate hop aroma.

Italian-style Pilsner / 4.8% Alc/Vol / Subtlety, balance, and time are the keys to this beer’s herbaceous, floral, and crisp character. Brewed with the finest pilsner malt, Saaz and Saphir hops, and then lagered for many weeks; Giada is a beauty to behold.

Hazy IPA / 6.4% / Citra Lupomax is the third and final installment of our Taproom IPA test batch series, showcasing huge, tropical hop aroma and flavors with a hazy, smooth body and finish.

Double Dry-hopped American Pale Ale / 4.6% / To celebrate our 11th Anniversary, we've taken our original Pale Ale recipe and cranked up the dry-hop with loads of Citra, Centennial, and Cashmere hops. Punchier, fruiter, crisp and clean. This Frank's for you!

For this limited release, we aged our GABF Gold-medal winning Imperial Stout in a blend of single use bourbon barrels for over a year. The result is a luscious balance of roasted bitterness, vanilla, oak, and dark chocolate flavors in a warming, smooth beer. Let it warm in your glass to experience all this stout has to offer. Recommended serving temperature: 55º-60ºf

Our collaboration Barleywine, brewed the morning of Thee 2nd Annual Barleywine Classic & Invitational in February of ’22. This English-style ale showcases dense layers of British malt with strong notes of caramel, backed by hints of roast. Aged 8 months before packaging to create a sipper for now, or cellar for up to two years. Enjoy!

Pilsner / 4.2% / A very dry, crisp, brilliantly clear lager brewed in the German tradition with an American twist; a light dry hop addition of Hallertau Blanc hops produce a delicate aroma of melon and grape.

Brown Ale / 5.9% / The Whale is an unmistakable brown ale; smooth, surprisingly drinkable and packed with flavor. We layer distinctive English malts with a touch of hops to create flavors and aromas of coffee, chocolate and toasted grains.

Brown Ale / 5.9% Alc/Vol / Abide in the easy presence of a White Russian Whale. Inspired by the classic cocktail that never goes out of style, our special brown ale underpins flavors of coffee and cream that really tie the whole beer together. It's like, you know, a beer that takes it easy, man.

Oktoberfest / 5.2% / Our traditional German-style fest beer is a malt-forward, super smooth drinking lager. The use of choice German malts, continental hops and our house lager strain results in a full malt flavor with a touch of hop bitterness and super crisp, clean finish.
