Sunday February 16th 5:00 pm Cacao, a humble bean, is revered worldwide for its mesmerizing flavor, healing powers and significant cultural heritage. But cacao’s journey goes beyond our kitchen cabinets. It weaves a thread through history, linking civilizations and spiritual practices. Local Meditation Instructor Sofia Perches, will lead us in one of the most sacred traditions involving this wondrous bean. Our cacao ritual will include guided meditation, breathing practice, ceremonial cacao tasting, a delicious cup of hot chocolate and an artisanal Cucharita pastry. $50 (plus tax + Tip)
