8.5 Emojis- DIPA Let’s keep those emojis rolling. We loved our TIPA 13 Emojis so much, we wanted to bring it to you in a slightly scaled down form. Still the same super tasty hop saturation of its bigger sibling, rocking that Nelson and Citra combo, just with a dialed back abv to increase the approachability. Don’t worry no flavors are lacking, and you’ll still want to send all the fire, bomb, and orange emojis to your friends for this one.

Father Time | Patersbier Style Ale This beer was brewed using Belgian Abbey yeast. It is designed to be light and sessionable. The aroma comes off as phenolic, with a faint mix of banana. As you drink this Patersbier, a touch of light fruit and toasty malt are present.

Illusory Correlation | Schwarzbier Style Lager A clean and crisp, traditional dark German lager. The aroma has notes of light roast coffee and dark chocolate. The flavor is bread crust and roast, with a dry finish.

It's All In Your Head- West Coast IPA We went with a slightly fruitier hop combo in this continued exploration of the West Coast IPA style. We get notes of Melon, Kiwi, and Pear with a firm and slightly lingering bitterness. If you drink this with your eyes closed, you might think you're drinking a hazy, but remember, it's all in your head.

Mai the 4th be with You | Maibock Style Lager No need to go to a galaxy far, far away, because we managed to get secret plans to the Empire's ultimate weapon, the Maibock, a pale, malt driven lager. With notes of caramel and toasted grain, this beer has a firm abv present in the sip. Executed with the precision you could only get from years of bullseye-ing womp rats in a T-16, the force is strong in this beer.

Never Say Hefeweizen | Hefeweizen Style Ale This German style wheat beer (weissbier) produces unique flavors of banana and cloves with an often dry and tart edge.

Old Hundreds- Festbier For this Festbier, we stuck to the traditional side for this classic German style. This beer is robust, and full bodied, with an ABV to back it up. On the taste, you will notice a nice toasted breadiness, and a slight touch of malt sweetness. This is then balanced out with a slight charge of German hop flavors. We hope you enjoy this in celebration with loved ones for the changing season, Prost!

Quirauk | Barleywine | 9.7% We went up to the highest mountain tops nearby in search of inspiration, so that we could bring you this high ABV Barleywine. On the sip you will get strong notes of caramel and chocolate thanks to the strong malt presence. This is followed with an embracing warmth thanks to the firm 9.7% ABV

Silent Martyr | American India Pale Ale Silent Martyr is an American IPA dry hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic. The aroma and flavor hit you with a mix of berry, citrus, and pine notes. With a balanced malt backbone and a lingering, resinous finish, Silent Martyr is a tribute to the artistry of hop blending.

Wishing Chair | Dry Irish Style Stout For Wishing Chair, we took a simplistic, traditional approach to a dry stout. This stout has an aroma and flavor that is filled with coffee-esque roasted barley goodness and a welcoming bitterness. The perfect session stout, this beer takes us back to days at the pub sharing pints of our favorite Irish stout with friends.

Wit | Witbier Style Ale This is a very traditional Belgian Witbier (no shenanigans here) brewed with orange peel and coriander. The aroma is malty and herbal with a pleasing citrus fruitiness. The flavor is crisp and zesty with a hint of spice and earthiness from the coriander.

X Marks The Spot | Mexican Style Amber Lager This Mexican Style Amber pours a beautiful light copper. X Marks the Spot is an easy drinker that has notes of toast, subtle caramel, and a touch of burnt sugar. Super smooth with a full body, this lager serves as the perfect companion beer for a good meal on a warm spring day.

Cali Cush | West Cost Style India Pale Ale We took our flagship IPA, Cush, and decided to create a companion that uses more of an old school approach. Cali Cush is an ode to easy drinking, crushable West Coast IPAs. Still packed with a charge of Mosaic and Simcoe, we replaced our house ale strain, and fermented it out with a more traditional California ale strain. The result is a more crisp and clear beer. Amped up with extra pine notes, and a lingering, welcoming bitterness, this is a fun classic twist on our classic beer.

Cush | New England Style India Pale Ale Our hazy, crushable flagship IPA. Hopped with our two favorites, Simcoe and Mosaic, the aroma is a bouquet of fruit, berries, and pine. The flavor is lightly jammy and rounded out with a bready malt backbone. The flavor is then coupled with that classic Cushwa mild bitterness and slightly dry finish. This beer serves as both the perfect introduction to our vast IPA portfolio, and also as the ultimate daily crusher that you will want to keep coming back to again and again.

Kolschwa | Germany Style Kölsch Brewed traditionally to the German style, this beer pours straw yellow in color, with a bright clearness to it. The flavor is crisp and refined, while also still being balanced out with enough German hop characteristics from the Hallertau Mittelfruh and Hallertau Blanc to leave you wanting more sips. Our go-to light drinking ale.

Pura Pils | American Pilsner Pura Pils is our year-round American Pilsner. We wanted to craft an easy sipping, light drinking lager, but with a Cushwa twist to it. Hopped with two of our favorite American hop varietals, Citra and Strata, the aroma is delicately balanced between bright citrus notes and a mild malt sweetness. On the taste the malt and hop characters play perfectly in tune, with a pleasantly smooth bitterness finishing out the sip.
