A swirling bouquet of tropical and citrus flavors gives way to a full-bodied creamy finish. Brewed with Amarillo and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops.  ABV:  7.3% IBU: 50 

With an aroma of maltiness and pickle juice this ale starts out a little tart with slight flavors of basil and peppers, just to give it some depth. Followed with a bit more pickle, and tartness, and a refreshing salinity on the back end

We took a simple Gose recipe and added seven pounds of rose petals. The aroma is very floral and pleasant with a citrus note. Floral and sweet up front followed by a slight tartness and a bit of salinity from sea salt that finishes clean with a small amount of malt sweetness. ABV:  3.3% IBU: 6
