Dear Diary's house blend is a mix of Ethiopian and Colombian coffee designed specifically for our cold brew. It's a medium-dark roast that tastes nice as a drip as well. We taste semi-sweet chocolate and plum, and it has a velvety mouthfeel.

Dark roast. We taste notes of semisweet chocolate and orange blossom with a velvety rose tea finish. Ethiopia.

Medium roast blend. We taste notes of chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, and plum. Ethiopia & Peru.

Decaf. We taste notes of dark chocolate, almond cookie, and vanilla bean. Colombia.

Dark roast blend. We taste notes of cocoa, brown sugar, almond butter, and orange. Mexico & Peru.

Light roast blend. We taste notes of milk chocolate, raspberry, orange marmalade, and honey. Ethiopia & Peru.
