6.8% - IPA We use the Fractal series to investigate how different hops manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques. Starting off with a simple grain bill, Fractal Mosaic/Galaxy investigates the interplay between two favorites, Mosaic and Galaxy. Pouring a resinous-hazy straw yellow, Fractal Mosaic/Galaxy releases complex aromas of dank citrus, passion fruit, berries, earthy grass, and tropical melon. The taste follows the aroma, with added resinous, dank pineapple juice and a touch of pine. It ends with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness. Fractal Mosaic/Galaxy is available at the brewery today and for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio!
- Balanced Growth - 4pk$20.00
Balanced Growth (6.8%) was everyone's favorite pick for our first project together with New Jersey’s @theseedbeer. Seeds are often used as symbols of hope and resilience. From the moment the seed enters the ground until harvest, meeting a plant's needs in a steady state is an important factor for survival and vitality. These factors help it reach the 'equilibrium' growth stage where it can follow a healthy and productive “balanced growth” trajectory, constantly growing with the odds in its favor against any difficulty that may pop into its path. Balanced Growth (IPA) starts off with a flaked wheat and torrefied wheat malt bill, an Idaho 7 whirlpool, and a HBC586 and Motueka dry hop. Flavors of Alphonso mango salad, assorted citrus, and lemon lime spritz lead into a crushable #EQjuice melon note with a lingering lime finish keeping you on a good trajectory to finish this latest collaboration rather quickly.
- Ten Cubed - 4pk$22.00
South Street Batch 1000! Ten Cubed (1000) is a special one to us. Pouring a hazy tangerine, we are getting big aromas of orange limeade and apricot jam. Flavors of navel orange, lime rings, dank sticky-icky, mango jelly, and passionfruit papaya melon custard finish with a hoppy bite and a splash of #EQjuice. Cheers to our South Street production team, pictured in this post!
- dC/dt - 4pk$22.00
dC/dt (8.1%). The predictive juice model is represented by the white line on the label and is actually a calibrated mathematical model of the EQ juice compared to data in “Relative Yuminess Units reported by the brew team. To test the insight gained by this model, we supersized an old favorite: Fractal Citra. A pale malt bill, with a large does of hand selected Citra hops, further manipulated with Energy treatment our latest hopping process. dC/dt pours a hazy yellow and has bright aromas of freshly squeezed tropical OJ, grapefruit, and lime. The enhanced flavor is a very bright tropical medley consisting of OJ, melons, mango purée, and earth. It has a nice gummy resinous character and a soft bitterness to keep it refreshing sip-after-sip.
- Restorative Balance - 4pk$23.00
Restorative Balance (8%), our collaboration with Deciduous Brewing, returns today. The Restorative Balance name ties in with the ethos of both breweries in that cycles of growth and renewal occur in order to restore balance. Lucid Dream Wave (8.5% DIPA). During a lucid dream, the dreamer is awake and conscious of the space and environment around them. It’s almost a doorway into an alternative universe, one that we control. Upgraded with our Energy Treatment hop process, creating this controllable fantasy began with Dream Wave Fluctuation, increasing the dry hop, blending Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, and El Dorado, and applying Other Half's Dream treatment. Lucid Dream Wave pours a hazy, glowing tangerine color, releasing aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, candied peaches and cream, and a touch of that watermelon jolly rancher flavor, all integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is loaded with melon EQ juice that blends with a bright, creamy tropical wave of flavor with a touch of sweetness that is dangerously drinkable and balanced.
- Display of Clarity - 4pk$22.00
Today we welcome back our West Coast DIPA, Display of Clarity (8%). Display of Clarity is named after the clarity technique of imaging used to analyze the brain. With 86 billion neurons assembled into very complex circuit, the clarity technique was a breakthrough in scientific imaging making brain imaging more efficient and less evasive, protecting the brain tissue and structure. We altered our water profile, upped the bitterness, extended the cold crashing, and left out all the soft and fluffy grains to let the simple grain bill and Simcoe with a touch of Citra shine with clarity. We get flavors of pine, lemon rind, floral citrus, and resinous earth with a clean pop of hoppy bitterness and a crisp finish.
- Double Fractal Hilbert Curve - 4pk$22.00
Double Fractal Hilbert Curve (8.5% DIPA) is the latest creation in our Double Fractal Series. It brings you all the goodness of our Fractal and Super Fractal series but in DIPA format. Named after the famous Hilbert Curve Fractal pictured on the label, we combined a simple 2-row base malt bill and a whirlpool of Idaho 7 and Citra before a big dry hop of Riwaka and Galaxy. Pouring a bright mango yellow, aromas of tangerine and green grapes lead into flavors of dank grassy fields, OJ and papaya juice, pineapple, berry compote, and touch of white pepper with our signature #EQJuice finish.

Sky Lab pours tangerine yellow with the aroma of groove stand OJ, gummy bears, and pineapple melon. Big notes of Five Alive juice drink, lime PEZ, mango sorbet, orange creamsicles, and mandarin wedges in syrup lead into a creamy, hop-forward texture and a big blast of rainbow melon #EQjuice, making our expedition into space with our homies a fruitful one.
- Riwaka Nebula - 4pk$23.00

Pouring a hazy golden yellow, we get pronounced aromas of apricot, citrus peel, and earthy pine. Hop-forward and assertive flavors start with mixed citrus, yuzu, pine, and melon with a touch of apricot and a juicy but slightly dry finish, complemented by a pointed bitterness, bringing you a bit of each coast in every sip.
- Energy Evolved - 4pk$22.00
Energy Evolved (8.5% DIPA) We know that Einstein’s findings state that Energy (E) equals mass (m) times the speed of light (c) squared (2), or E=mc2. The secret of the equation revealed that mass and energy are different forms of the same thing. Our Flagship beer MC² celebrates Einstein’s findings, but what if we tried to evolve from there? We wanted to continue to explore the MC² series, so we are bringing back Energy Evolved (DIPA). Energy Evolved takes a DDH MC² and adds a colossal dose of our hand selected galaxy to the dry hop, our energy treatment, and a touch of lactose for smoothness. Energy Evolved glows on its pour with an hoppy explosion of flavors like ripe mango, OJ, papaya, and passionfruit fruit leading into a full citrus portfolio that’s blended with notes of pineapple gummy bears and tropical push-ups. This beer is extremely creamy and POPS with our #EQjuice finish.
- Seven Izzup - 4pk$23.00
Seven Izzup (7.7% DIPA) returns! This creation was conceptualized with @civilsocietybrewing’s Karl and Evan when we aimed to make a refreshing DIPA bursting with lemon and lime flavors. To achieve this, we worked with a hop medley of Idaho 7, Citra, and Motueka before adding fresh lemon and lime zest to finish it off. Crack a can open, and you’ll instantly grab a hoppy burst of flavors with layers and layers of lemon and lime. Its flavor is crisp and matches the aroma with a bright and spritzy assortment of deep, juicy citrus, lime, and earth, while the pillowy mouthfeel makes this a total crusher. Loaded with #EQjuice, Seven Izzup gives off big rainbow melon notes with an extremely bright and refreshing finish.
- Hop Entourage Effect - 4pk$22.00
Hop Entourage Effect (8% DIPA). The hop entourage effect refers to the potential synergistic interaction of the various compounds found in hops, such as terpenes, flavonoids, and cannabinoids. The entourage effect suggests that the combined effects of these compounds may be greater than the sum of their individual effects, creating a more potent and effective therapeutic profile. Some studies also suggest that enjoying products containing hops can interact with the body's system to produce a range of beneficial effects. Hop Entourage Effect starts off with a white wheat and oat malt base and a Citra Idaho 7 whirlpool. Following fermentation, we loaded up on Citra, Strata, Galaxy, and Sabro for the dry hop. Pouring milky yellow with a tropical nose, we get flavors of creamy tangerine passionfruit sorbet, ruby red grapefruit, dank earth, assorted melon, and unsweetened coconut flakes.
- It’s Latin For Snake Fruit - 4pk$23.00
It’s Latin For Snake Fruit (8.5% DIPA), a collaboration with @district96beerco. Fans of our most popular collab with D96 may be pleased with this newest project as it shares the same Citra/Galaxy hop bill, but uses the latest and great advances in hop manufacturing, replacing standard Citra with Citra Incognito atop an oat and wheat base. It’s Latin For Snake Fruit pours a glowing tangerine yellow with bright aromas and flavors of pineapple, tropical fruit chunks, passionfruit, fleshy peach, and lime. Hop saturated flavors morph into a soft creamsicle flavor with a pop of #EQjuice at the finish.
- Alpha - 4pk$23.00

Aromas of juiced citrus and apricot intersect with wisps of pine forest floor before flavors of pithy citrus, complex blueberry skin, dank melon, and floral earth with a pointed hop bitterness that leave the finish juicy with a slightly dry ending. Massive Thanks to Prof. Zach Hartwig, PhD, from the MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center for working with us on these beers! Alpha will be available today at the brewery and for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio.
- Three X Three - 4pk$24.00
When the beer legends from Omnipollo asked us to be part of the Three x Three collaboration along with Root + Branch, Fidens, Green Cheek, Weldwerks, and Vitamin Sea, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to brew this seven-way collab with our own unique EQ twist. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, it will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.
- 375mL - TABA Guava/Passionfruit$10.00
There and Back Again is a tale of a spontaneous fermentation, isolation, confiscation, rejuvenation, mutation, and finally perturbation. This sour American wild ale is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We took our house "honey badger" mixed culture (no saccharomyces) and allowed it to ferment and sour over several months before refermenting it on Guava and Passionfruit. The result is a bright and clean Tropical explosion flavor boosted by the tropical expression of our microorganisms. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared. These beers still get us excited, if you haven’t tried any of our mixed fermentation offerings yet, this is a great one to start with.

Keeping Memories Blend 3 (6% ABV Solera Foeder Farmhouse Ale with Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice) a collaboration with @averieswanson of Keeping Together Beer. Batch 3 of Keeping memories was pulled from our Keeping Memories foeder and then bottle conditioned for several months with Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice. - 750 mL - Honey Keeping Memories B2$15.00
Keeping Memories Blend 2 (6% ABV Solera Foeder Farmhouse Ale with Honey) a collaboration with @averieswanson of Keeping Together Beer. Available in 750ml ($15) and 375 ml ($10). We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, and Virginia. Please follow individual State guidelines on limitations. Keeping Memories Blend 2 was made using a Solera style of foeder blending which uses fractional blending to generate an ale with a unique distribution of aged components. This creates a unique and complex beer with each blend while keeping aspects of style and quality fairly constant. Every future batch will always have a part of B1 and B2 in it and the average age gradually increases over time with each blend, which will add an evolving complexity as the memory packets harmonize with the foeder oak and mixed culture of microorganisms.
- Austin 375 mL$8.00
Austin (6.0% Farmhouse Ale) $13 per 750ml bottle and $8 per 375ml. People have asked over the years why hasn’t there been a base Austin? The answer simply is it hasn’t been ready yet. It plays well with fruit and oak, but it hasn’t been ready as a standalone. Like our stouts, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality has been through countless iterations over the years.

- 375 mL - Austin Plum$12.00
Austin is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. It is pale, tart, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. We took part of our latest batch of Austin and refermented it on plums at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon. Following bottling, Austin Plum was bottle conditioned for several months before being made available today. The result offers a soft and balanced plum character that includes flavors of the sweet fruit flesh and nuanced elements of the tart skin. The flavors are all boosted by the expression of our microorganisms and wrapped up in a incredibly gentle and #balancedacidity that offers something for the beer and wine drinker alike. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared. Austin Plum is available today in 375ml bottles from the brewery or for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio.
- 1.5 L Shared Space$50.00
Shared Space is a blended wild ale with beautiful complexity. We started off brewing two separate bases that could be thought of as cousins of Austin and TABA and then added additional strains of Brettanomyces. It pours a beautiful golden yellow and has an intoxicating aroma. Conditioning since November, Shared Space has notes of anjou pear, honeysuckle and bright citrus zest with a soft body, mild tartness and balanced acidity. This beer is tasty right out of the gate, but will continue to evolve in proper cellar conditions.
