Pastry Stout Pack
Mix of (6) bottles of our tasty pastry stouts for a great deal of $100

500mL - BA Tetrapod
Barrel Aged Tetrapod 14% -started its journey 17 months ago when we took a big stout base and aged it in two select Taconic bourbon barrels. Following our sensory panel and a remote brainstorming session with the TA crew, we blended both and added Emperor’s coconut, pistachios, Vanuatu vanilla, marshmallow, and coffee from Finca’s Coffee, out of Miami, Florida, a TA favorite. After consulting with Finca's, we chose their Obata/Lempira coffee roast, which has lent great flavors to this collaborative project. Layered flavors of decadent honey fudge, chocolate-covered coconut chips, nutty pistachio biscotti, coffee liquor, chunks of cookie dough, and sarsaparilla all morph into one anther as this beer finishes with an outrageous mouthfeel that coats the palate in a thick glaze before vanishing into what is a call for the evolution into the next sip.

500mL - *BA* Peanut Cloud
Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud returns! We took the Peanut Cloud base and let it rest in two Heaven Hill barrels for just over 19 months before blending them and conditioning the liquid on peanuts, marshmallows, and a touch of lactose. Pouring full and viscous, we get aromas and balanced flavors of gooey chocolate brownie batter, peanut butter cups, liquid fluffernutter, rich bourbon, vanilla ice cream, and fluffy marshmallows all coalescing into a creamy chocolate-covered caramel finish kissed with a touch of barrel heat, making this the perfect mix of nutty-meets-sweet-meets-boozy goodness! Barrel Aged Peanut Cloud will go on sale this Wednesday, 9/6, at 9 a.m. from our website. It will be available for pickup at the brewery or for shipping to select states by visiting the link in our bio.

500mL - Peanut Cloud
Peanut cloud is back! Wouldn’t it be great if the clouds were giant fluffy marshmallow peanuts? We emulate such a landscape with Peanut Cloud. The idea for the label came from an original drone shot from high above Middletown taken at sunrise. We then asked local Illustrator, Julia Green, to add a fun touch based off the adjuncts. We took our LADS base and conditioned it on Peanuts, Marshmallows, and a touch of lactose to create our latest treat. Pouring pitch black with a pillowy tan head, aromas of creamy Jiff waft up from your pour. Tasting notes are simple for this one, a luscious mouthfeel crossed with chocolate fudge, spoons of peanut butter, and liquid Fluff. This is beer is liquid Fluffernutter. Pour a glass of this fun beer and look up… do creamy, decadent, pillow like, Peanut Clouds really exist? In Middletown, we’d like to think so!

500mL - BA Middletown Puft
BA Middletown Puft (14%) We boiled up a high-gravity stout with Barreled Souls and transferred it to a Weller and Blanton’s barrel and let them sit for 22 months in oak. Following Barrel aging, we blended them and gave it the Middletown version of the Stay Puft treatment, conditioning it on Marshmallow and a blend of Madagascar, Vanuatu, and Papua New Guinea Vanillas. Nearly glugging out of the bottle, Barrel Aged Middletown Puft has aromas of deep fudge, bourbon bonbons, caramel, and freshly split vanilla beans. Flavors follow with thick Devil’s Food cake batter, bourbon frosting, vanilla caviar with an earthy sweetness, dark fruit leather, and marshmallow fluff drizzled with chocolate syrup. Complementing the oaky vanilla tannins is a touch of wood spice and barrel heat with a sweetness balanced by a hint of boozy baker's chocolate and a mind-bending mouthfeel in each sip.

BA Crown Maple Syrup - 750mL
Following collection and processing on their 800-acre farm, this 100% pure USDA Grade A maple syrup was aged for several months in an oak barrel that previously held Blanton’s bourbon, followed by Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss Grand Royale. Pouring amber gold in color, it offers maple flavors layered with brown sugar, cocoa, and vanilla creme brûlée custard, with a delicate oak char and a touch of barrel heat.

500mL - **BA** Even Caramel Sundaes
For the first time, we are happy to introduce Barrel Aged Even Caramel Sundaes, (15%) our collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing Co. A little more than 28 months ago, we tucked the first base of Even Caramel Sundaes away in two Blanton’s barrels. Following the time in barrels, we blended both barrels and conditioned the beer on caramel, double almonds, Madagascar vanilla, and marshmallow. With a boozy ice cream shake aroma, Barrel Aged Even Caramel Sundaes has rich flavors of bourbon soaked caramel almond brownies and toasted almond pops dipped in marshmallow fluff with a boozy backbone and a melted ice cream finish complemented by a touch of oak making this the barrel aged ice cream treat dreams are made of. Barrel Aged Caramel Sundaes will be available on our website on Wednesday at 9am for pickup or shipping to 33 states.

500mL - Even Caramel Sundaes
Even Caramel Sundaes, our collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing Co is back. We start off with our decadent base stout before conditioning it on scoops of caramel, double almond, Madagascar vanilla, and Marshmallow. Pitch black with a beautiful caramel color head, this beer literally smells like an old school ice cream shop. Flavors of rich caramel swirl fudge bars and melted vanilla cream meet toasted almond bars and scoops of marshmallow fluff. The interplay of the extra almonds might even make you think this beer has a cherry on top. Every adjunct hits before melding together into a viscous liquid caramel sundae that scoops our memories right back to the ice cream truck.

500mL - Maple Whip
Maple Whip takes inspiration from the Whippet Maple Cookie, a combination of tasty textures including a soft cookie base topped with fluffy marshmallow and a sweet maple center, all covered in chocolate. One taste had us in the lab concocting our newest creation, which starts off with our EQ base stout followed by the addition of maple syrup, graham crackers, marshmallows, and cacao nibs. A viscous pour with a chocolate maple aroma is supported by satisfying flavors of maple chocolate cake with marshmallow frosting, brown sugar and graham cracker, caramel candy, maple-dipped s’mores, and a touch of roastiness from our dark malt to balance the flavors out and make this beer perfect for the upcoming autumn and the subsequent hoodie season that follows. 🍁 🍂

500mL - Swirls and Spirals Supreme
Liquid Banana French Toast Casserole? Yes! Following its long boil we took the Swirls and Spirals Supreme base and added Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, banana, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of lactose. Aroma’s of fresh fudge, banana cream pie, and cinnamon rolls lead you into a thick base with flavors of chocolate layer cake, sliced bananas dusted with cinnamon dipped in chocolate, and maple nut banana bread with frosted with vanilla marshmallow fluff. Swirls and Spirals Supreme has a medley of delicious flavors all wrapped up in a big mouthfeel and a creamy finish making the return of this liquid culinary adventure a welcome one.

500mL - Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake
(14%) Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid chocolate-frosted cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety mouthfeel we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw.

500mL - Graceland - B4
11% Batch 4 -- We are excited to bring back Graceland, a beer that means so much to us. We will also celebrate the series in person on Saturday, 5/27, with all of the 2023 Graceland beers on tap and a double Graceland Grand Royale release. Our collaboration with @civilsociety was originally conceptualized when Karl and Evan came up from Florida to visit. Talking Elvis and interesting things to add to stouts, we came up with banana, peanuts, and marshmallow in excess to make this Elvis-inspired beer a true hit. Graceland pours pitch black with a beautiful mocha head and a peanut butter and marshmallow aroma. Fit for a king, this beer is decadent and incredibly viscous. Flavors of deep fudge, marshmallow fluff, and creamy banana lead to a pop of peanut butter cups. A velvety and luscious milkshake-like finish coats the tongue, making this truly a dessert in a glass.

500mL - Magic Bars
11% -- We are excited to offer you a play on the famed decadent dessert bar, Magic Bars. Our latest Imperial Stout takes our thick base stout and adds peanuts, pecans, cacao nibs, maple syrup, and coconut. A thick pour lends itself to aromas of gooey chocolate peanut butter cake batter, Sunday AM pancakes, and coconut candy. Flavors of chocolate syrup laced with coconut custard, maple syrup soaked peanut M&M’s, creamy peanut butter, earthy pecan pie molasses filling, and a touch of Coco Lopez cream of coconut. Viscous and chewy with a silky finish, our latest imperial stout will have you wondering if we did indeed use magic to liquify this classic dessert. Magic Bars will be available on our website on Wednesday, 5/31, starting at 9 a.m. EST, with pickup and delivery options.

Grapefruit Science - 4pk
Grapefruit Science (5% Pilsner) is the next iteration in our experimental Pilsner series. It was crafted to highlight the assertive sweet, tart, and forward flavors found in the Ruby Red grapefruit. Starting off with an experimental pilsner yeast, maize, and Motueka as the base, we finished this beer with both grapefruit juice and grapefruit zest. Light and easy drinking, aromas of floral spritzy ruby red grapefruit are met with flavors of clean citrus, light grass, freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit, lemon lime, and Paloma cocktails, all balanced with a hoppy brightness and a pithy and zippy dry finish. Cucumber Science (5% Pilsner) is the next iteration in our experimental pilsner series. This version was built to highlight the refreshing nature of cucumber with a pinch of lime. Starting off with an experimental pilsner yeast, maize, and Motueka as the base, we finished this beer with cucumber juice, lime juice, and lime zest. This is the beer we will crush the most during these next few weeks of summer. Thirst quenching and extremely easy drinking, aromas of fresh cut cucumber and limeade are met with flavors of clean citrus, cucumber lime juice, lemon lime spritz, and cucumber margarita with a hoppy brightness and a snappy dry finish. This beer is approachable and extremely drinkable, making it near-perfect for whatever activities you have planned for the last leg of summer.

Lime Science - 4pk
Lime Science (5% Pilsner) takes inspiration from our first lime pilsner and adds a few process tweaks. Using experimental pilsner yeast, maize, and lime-forward Motueka as the base, we finished this beer with lime juice and lime zest. Small enough to enjoy all day, we are getting crisp aromas of margarita and zesty limeade with punchy flavors of lime juice drink, clean citrus, 7-Up/Sprite vibes, and a hoppy brightness, all complemented by a snappy dry finish. As thirst-quenching as it is delicious, the science checks out on this newest creation, making this the summer crusher we needed.
C - 4pk
E=MC², and C is the universal symbol for the speed of light. C (4.8% Pale Ale) is based off of our beloved Photon pale ale but with amped up the hop ratios and our Energy treatment. This method improves aroma, enhances flavor and body by pulling the most out of from each hop. C pours a bright and hazy straw yellow and has a beautiful nose that wafts up as soon as the can is cracked open. Balanced and luscious, it has deep flavors of stone fruit, mandarin orange, pineapple, and mango thanks to the increased hopping rates. You’ll notice a super soft crushable mouthfeel and a finish that builds up and exits at the speed of light.

Neutrino - 4pk
Neutrino (4.8% Pale Ale) have the lightest mass of all subatomic particles making them similar to Photons. They are also one of the most abundant particles in the universe. We started off with a base of 2-row and white wheat before a Citra whirlpool with a Strata, Citra, and Galaxy dry hop. Pouring a saturated and hazy yellow, Neutrino is packed with aromas of fresh-cut tropical fruit and Five Alive juice drink. Despite its size, the flavors are robust and laced with orange and passionfruit sorbet, pineapples in syrup, and passionfruit and lime gummies. It's insanely crushable with a noticeable creaminess, a hoppy bite, and an out of this world burst of rainbow melon from our #EQjuice that greets you right at the end of your sip. This is truly a tropical nectar that's light and abundant in flavor.

Raspberry Dimensions - 4pk
Raspberry Dimensions (7% SIPA) The conceptual framework of palate-space depends on unique flavor dimensions and particular ingredients that together determine the full flavor profile and experience. Using raspberry, Madagascar vanilla, a touch of lime, Mosaic, and Belma, we bring you Raspberry Dimensions (SIPA). Raspberry Dimensions pours a frothy ruby pink color, releasing sensations of tart and sweet raspberry jam, citrus, tropical fruit frosting, and nerds candy. The flavor follows with layers of raspberry filling interspersed between sandwiched vanilla sponge cake. The body is full, rounded, light, and fluffy, with a high drinkability thanks to its #balancedacidity. This beer is packed with all the dimensions you’d want in a light summer raspberry drink. No lactose was used in this beer's creation.

Cotton Candy Skies - 4pk
Cotton Candy Skies (7% SIPA), a favorite from our Project Elevate series, returns just in time for the weekend. After being inspired by our observation of a mesocyclone that created an incredible pink-purple, cotton candy-looking sky, we started looking for explanations for this amazing color. We found that the superposition of pink and dark blue wavelengths is due to the unique combination of the sun's low angle and a super saturated atmosphere from an intense weather system. We think another explanation that we were able to prove at the brewery scale is lots of pink guava, raspberries, blueberries, and a few select hops. Cotton Candy Skies is not kettle soured but uses our farmhouse technology to give it an extremely balanced acidity level. The fruit has been refermented to a stable gravity, cold crashed, and then separated. Cotton Candy Sky pours a melted pink-purple cotton candy color, releasing tropical purple rain. Aromas and flavors of pristine guava, pears, strawberry

Epsilon - 4pk
Epsilon is our sessionable 4.2% ABV American Porter. Epsilon means a small positive quantity and is the little version of Mobius. Upon pouring, mocha-colored bubbles cascade to quickly turn into an off-white bright head sitting on a near black silky body releasing notes of roasted coffee, milk chocolate, light toffee, and just a hint of floral and earthy hops. Epsilon is beautifully balanced from water chemistry manipulation that yields a full mouthfeel that’s not cloyingly sweet but incredibly drinkable. This beer is extremely small and crushable for its amount of flavor.

Mobius - 4pk
We are thrilled to introduce a trial small batch run of Möbius, 7% our American Porter, in cans for the first time along with a redesigned label for its trial canning. As our core porter and one of the beers designed in Pete’s kitchen many years ago, Möbius holds a special place in our hearts and we are excited to bring it to you in a more accessible form. At 7%, Möbius is simple and clean with a rich and creamy foundation that showcases notes of roasty coffee, chocolate, dark malt and grains. It maintains a high drinkability without being overly sweet and finishes smooth, creamy, and balanced, pulling you right into your next sip. Please enjoy Möbius at 55°-60°F.

Named after the Middletown pinball room and concert shop just a few doors down from Equilibrium, Rock Fantasy is our favorite place to play pinball, dig in the vinyl crates, and buy some artsy glass, all while the dreamy smell of patchouli fills the air. We suggest everyone check it out as part of the Middletown tour when you’re visiting us. Rock Fantasy starts off with a big dose of wheat and oats and uses a matching hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop, featuring equal amounts of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Enigma, Galaxy, and Nelson. Just like its namesake, it’s a total blast, with a variety of flavors exhibiting tropical citrus, papaya, mixed berry, and melon upfront. Harvester of Science - 4pk

Harvester of Science will be available at the brewery or for shipping via the link in our bio.

Major Science - 4pk
Our new Eight State collaboration brings you something brand new: Major Science, our first triple dry hopped 8.5% DIPA. When making new beers with Cam from the Eight State, our creations together always have led the way to something new. Our first beer together back in 2019 helped create the Super Fractal series, and many of our stouts used adjuncts that were new to us at the time. Major Science got us thinking about a new beer that utilized thiolized yeast, which is pushing the flavor limits on beer, along with an EQ first, a triple dry hop. Major Science starts off using a 2-row, white wheat, and chit malt base with an Idaho7 and Mosaic whirlpool, along with a thiolized yeast strain. Dry hopped with Citra, Strata, and Galaxy, Major Science has aromas of pineapple, cannabis, citrus, and crushed frankenberry with saturated flavors of papaya smoothie, lychee, mango chunks, weed, and passionfruit exploding into a creamy, dank, and thick popsicle finish lined with our rainbow melon

Double Fractal Dragon Curve - 4pk
Double Fractal Dragon Curve (8.5 % DIPA) returns today. Our Double Fractal series brings you all the goodness of our Fractal and Super Fractal series, but in DIPA format. In science, and as seen on the label, a dragon curve is any member of a family of fractal curves that demonstrates a recursive nonintersecting curve and its name is derived from its resemblance to a certain mythical creature. Double Fractal Dragon Curve combines our fractal fermentation, a simple 2-row base malt bill, and an Enigma and Citra hop bill. We get notes of earthy dankness, white wine grapes, papaya, orange creamsicle, and tropical fruit, along with a very pronounced escalating brightness from our #EQjuice rainbow melon finish.

dHop 2 - 4PK
dHop2 (8.5% DIPA) is one of our favorite Mosaic and Citra recipes. Using hand selected Mosaic and Citra, dHop2 pours a very murky tangerine color, releasing notes of bright melon, lime wedges, and earthy grass. The taste is highly resinous and saturated with our #EQjuice, dank-citrus, papaya, honey-dew, and blueberry keeping the sip bright and refreshing all the way through to the finish.

ScienceWerks - 4pk
ScienceWerks (8.5 % DIPA) is our newest collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing Co. It takes inspiration and elements from WeldWerks Juicy Bits and our collab, Tera Bit Rate Fluctuation, to bring you our newest project together. Loaded with an Idaho7 and Citra whirlpool and a Strata, Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Lupomax dry hop, ScienceWerks has intense aromas of fresh squeezed navel orange, ripe stone fruit, passionfruit sorbet, lime Pez, and dank hops, lending way to flavors of orange custard, tropical fruit salad with syrup, key lime, Fruity Pebbles cereal (with extra green pebbles), and layers and layers of summer melon throughout. Mosaic Function - 4pk
Mosaic Function (10% TIPA) A function is an expression, rule, or law that defines a relationship between one variable and another. Functions exist everywhere in mathematics and are essential for formulating physical relationships in the sciences. Using an assortment of varieties, we set out to find the function of mosaic. We started off with our TIPA base loaded with oats and wheat before an all-mosaic hop bill using Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Lupomax, and Mosaic T-90s. Mosaic function pours deep yellow with aromas of tropical yuzu, citrus, apricot, and forest, with pronounced flavors of assorted citrus, papaya, green skittles, blueberry skins, and the faintest whisp of pine. The aforementioned flavors, paired with our creamy base, our melon-forward #EQjuice profile, and a slight resinous hoppy bite, balance things out to make our all mosaic TIPA a dangerously drinkable one. Let us know if the science checks out.

Tritium - 4pk
Tritium (10% TIPA) starts off with a 2-row and wheat base before a 100% Strata hop bill for both the whirlpool and dry hop. Aromas of earthy sweet citrus and dank green lead into flavors of guava mango smoothie, dank cannabis, assorted melon, resin with a pithy grovestand OJ note and a bright #EQjuice finish. Tritium generates a fusion of flavors in a smooth and creamy mouthfeel that goes down all too quickly thanks to the well-hidden ABV.

Aussie Sweetness - 4pk
Aussie Sweetness (10% Marshmallow TIPA). Conceptualized with the Tripping Animals crew after some discussion on Kangaroos, Aussie hops, and Pete’s "Sweetness" Roos, we set out to showcase Enigma and Galaxy hops in a TIPA before adding copious amounts of marshmallow. Aussie Sweetness pours a milky, deep yellow with an explosive aroma of sweet Fluff and citrus. We get flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and papaya in a thick and creamy milkshake-like flavor. Notes of fruits and cool whip meet creamsicles doused with liquid fluff, all wrapped up in our #EQjuice finish. This beer is extremely fun, very decadent, and truly does represent Aussie Sweetness. A few sips may have you running over the weekend like nine-time Pro Bowl selectee and Pro Football Hall of Famer Walter "Sweetness" Payton #34

Enso - 4pk
Enso (8.2 % DIPA) CONTAINS LACTOSE Enso pours a beautiful milky bright yellow with aromas of passion fruit, assorted citrus, pineapple, and sorbet. The flavor has bright notes of passion fruit, melon, and peach all coming together in a creamy lime push pop ending. This beer is soft and drinkable and ends with our signature #EQjuice finish in perfectly balanced form.

Energy Equals - 4pk
Energy Equals (8% DIPA) is a companion beer to MC². It completes the equation. We start with MC² as a base and incorporate the well received process we like to refer to as the ‘Energy Dry Hop’ which gives this beer an intense brightness and flavor. Energy Equals has enhanced flavor characteristics of mango, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. With the new technique in place, we notice a much deeper flavor profile while being extremely bright and lighter in body. It’s extremely crushable with our #EQjuice finish.

Wavelength - 4pk
Wavelength (6.5 % IPA). We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Enigma. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release. It pours a vibrant golden yellow releasing aromas and flavors of tropical citrus, lime

Keeping Memories Blend 2 (6% ABV Solera Foeder Farmhouse Ale with Honey) a collaboration with @averieswanson of Keeping Together Beer. Available in 750ml ($15) and 375 ml ($10). We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, and Virginia. Please follow individual State guidelines on limitations. Keeping Memories Blend 2 was made using a Solera style of foeder blending which uses fractional blending to generate an ale with a unique distribution of aged components. This creates a unique and complex beer with each blend while keeping aspects of style and quality fairly constant. Every future batch will always have a part of B1 and B2 in it and the average age gradually increases over time with each blend, which will add an evolving complexity as the memory packets harmonize with the foeder oak and mixed culture of microorganisms.

Austin 375 mL
Austin (6.0% Farmhouse Ale) $13 per 750ml bottle and $8 per 375ml. People have asked over the years why hasn’t there been a base Austin? The answer simply is it hasn’t been ready yet. 1.5 L Shared Space
Shared Space is a blended wild ale with beautiful complexity. We started off brewing two separate bases that could be thought of as cousins of Austin and TABA and then added additional strains of Brettanomyces. It pours a beautiful golden yellow and has an intoxicating aroma. Conditioning since November, Shared Space has notes of anjou pear, honeysuckle and bright citrus zest with a soft body, mild tartness and balanced acidity. This beer is tasty right out of the gate, but will continue to evolve in proper cellar conditions.
