Bretta Weisse honors the traditional beverage of the great Prussian capital, Berlin. Fredrick-the-Great was trained to brew it, and Napoleon’s troops called it “The champagne of the North”. Firm estery notes of stone and tropical fruit lead to Funky, yeasty, citrus aromas. Soft cereal and Oak flavors are enveloped by a firm acidity and tartness. The finish is dry and crisp; a thoroughly enjoyable beverage. This Berliner Weisse inspired Wheat beer was aged in 1700 gal French Oak horizontal foeders for 8 months.

Balancing rich toasty and chocolate malt flavors with a gentle balance of noble hops, Bravo is brewed to showcase barrel flavors with massive bourbon barrel notes that morph as the beer warms in the glass.

The result? A complex barleywine blending rye whiskey & red wine tones with notes of vanilla, toffee, licorice, & dark fruits. Brace yourself for a truly epic triple-oaked brew!

32oz Crowler - Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine - 11.7% ABV - An Imperial Blonde Ale or Blonde Barley Wine; Helldorado has the lightest color of any of the beers in our barrel program but carries a great deal of interesting barrel character: vanilla, light char and amazing lavender-honey notes. Rich boozy honey liqueur character and loads of smooth sweet toasted malt to finish. The El Dorado hops dance in the background without playing a dominant role in the flavor profile. This beer gets better and better the longer it is in barrel.

19.2oz Can - Imperial Citrus Ale - 9% ABV - Everything thing we love about Lemon Chill but in a high octine format. Extra Lemon Chill turned up to 9%. Brewed with real California lemons and a hint of strawberry.

19.2oz Can - Double Cold IPA - 8.3% ABV - We took what we loved about Hopnosis and made It bigger. Cryo Hops from the Pacific Northwest along with some hops from the Southern Hemisphere create an aroma lush with Citrus, Stonefruit, with some Dankness to round out the aroma. A light malt bill and lager yeast are used to let the hops shine.

12oz Bottle - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Ale - 12% ABV - Welcome to Bravissimo - the alpha edition of our signature barrel-aged Bravo imperial brown ale. The journey of this beer began when we brewed a special high-gravity variant of Bravo with chocolate rye malt. After a year of maturation in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, this small-batch barleywine was blended back into a lot of traditional barrel-aged Bravo. The result is a richer, stickier rendition of this Firestone Walker classic.

We inherited coveted 30-gallon Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey barrels from FEW Spirits, rich with residual spirits that infused our Parabola base beer during an 18-month maturation. Expect robust flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, roast coffee, and a touch of earthy grains and clove spice, accentuated by the unmistakable essence of rye whiskey. 12oz Bottle - Imperial Buckwheat Stout - 13.3% ABV - In 2011, a small group of pub owner’s, named “The Publican National Committee”, journeyed to Paso Robles with the intentions of creating a bold and complex liquid. This liquid was then rested in tequila barrels for 13 months and after a long wait PNC was born. Now back for the first time since its initial release, this vintage of PNC was brewed using the same recipe from 10 years ago, but aged for 2 years in bourbon, brandy and tequila barrels. Notes of dark chocolate, roasted malts and coffee meld together with massive barrel character from an extended maturation in oak.

12oz Bottle - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine - 12.5% ABV - An epic English barley wine whose original name was undone by a two‐bit legal challenge, this beer rested for 12 months in Blanton’s & Weller Bourbon Barrels. Complex malt aromas and flavors are framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry.

16oz Can - Barrel Aged Stout - 9.2% ABV - A delicious reimagining of our iconic Parabola barrel-aged imperial stout, we aged a selection of Parabola for one year in premium bourbon barrels, then blended it with a complement of Velvet Merlin milk stout to create a silky mouthfeel and a more approachable ABV. Finally, we infused the beer with whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs and sea salt to achieve a full Salted Caramel-style drinking experience.

22oz Bottle - Blended Barrel-Aged Strong Ale - 13% ABV - 2009 Release. A blend of seven different barrel-aged beers. Dark chocolate, molasses, dried fruit, licorice, and cherry complimented the vanilla and coconut from the oak, and caramel and roasted malts.

22oz Bottle - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barley Wine - 13.5% ABV - Sucaba delivers big, boozy bourbon & American oak aromas combined with soft chocolate malt undertones. Complex malt flavors are framed in oak with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla & toasted coconut.

500ml Bottle - Smoked Imperial Porter - 11.5% ABV - We dusted off the recipe for one of our original beers, Walker’s Reserve porter, and added a few new twists. A hint of beechwood-smoked malt and aged in eight-year-old bourbon barrels for 12 months, created this bold canvas: a bourbon-soaked porter with suggestions of s'mores from the campfire.

500ml Bottle - Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels - 12% ABV - Brewed with our friends at Highland Park Brewery, this stout is stuffed with chocolate and roast barley malts and was aged for a year in premium bourbon barrels. Aromas of semi-sweetened dark chocolate, fig and vanilla meet flavors of bourbon & baking spices. Simultaneously viscous and smooth, this collaboration is not to be missed.
