This is not your average Pinot Gris. This biodynamic number is elegant, smooth, with mouth-watering acidity and densely packed fruit. Citrus, stone fruit, green tea and grassy notes interplay with a hint of spice in this stunning number, which only opens up more as you let it breathe.

The vines are organically farmed and the fruit harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and fermented with natural yeasts in vat. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation, its lees stirred periodically, and is aged in steel and concrete tank until bottling in the spring after the vintage; a minimal amount of sulfur is applied at the end of ML and at bottling.

Pale straw in color, this wine has a nose of sun ripened pears and wet granite. The palate has a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and some pithy character. The wine has a fresh, mineral finish.

Cherry, raspberry, vanilla and violet on the nose carries over to the palate in addition to some lemon. Traces of pepper on the tail end through the finish. Light, silky and elegant. Mild tannin and bright acidy. Excellently balanced Pinot Noir.

This bold Cabernet begins with aromas of blackberry, vanilla and coffee, followed by layered flavors of black cherry, dark plum and sweet spices. Structured by fine, firm tannins and well-integrated acidity, we love to pair this food friendly wine with grilled beef or portabella mushroom dishes.

Medium-deep purplish red; floral bouquet of violets and fresh tobacco with vibrant fruity sensations of cherry and blackberry. Decisive and enveloping entry on the palate, ripe and well-defined tannins, fresh acidic vein, energetic finish.
