Our holiday spice butter batter is a customer favorite. Made with grass-fed butter, cinnamon, allspice, clove, turmeric, brown sugar and vanilla. Simply add 1-2 heaping tablespoons to an 8oz cup of hot water and stir. Add your own spiced rum or bourbon for a spiked version. Delicious, creamy and warming. The perfect holiday drink!

Chai Maple Old Fashioned. A perfect gift for the cocktail connoisseur or for at-home entertaining. Simply pour over ice, garnish and serve. Made with our hand-whisked chai and sarsaparilla teas, Grade A maple syrup and bourbon whiskey. Served with a side garnish pack of our house-dried apple slices dusted with cinnamon sugar. An herbaceous gimlet with flavors of thyme, lavender and rosemary. Goes perfectly with holiday meals. (Made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, thyme cordial, house-made herb de provence sweetener, fresh lime) Each bottle serves around 4-5 (depending on the size of your glassware.) Our clarified milk punch - a tradition dating back to the 1700's. Made with port wine, cachaça, lemon, rose, nutmeg, clarified with milk. Comes with a garnish pack of dried oranges and nutmeg. $35

One of our most popular cocktails on the menu! A unique Negroni made with The Botanist gin, coconut-oil washed Campari and house-made pandan cordial. (Pandan is a popular ingredient in Thailand - an aromatic leaf indicative of vanilla, rose, almond and grass) If you love Negronis, you'll love this cocktail. If you have friends and guests that are unsure if they will like a Negroni, this is a good segue into the drink as it's a bit softer than the classic.

Just like our Classic Chai Maple Old Fashioned but with Kentucky 74, a whiskey alternative. Made with hand-whisked chai tea, maple syrup. Comes with a garnish bag of house-made dried cinnamon sugar apple slices.

One of our customer favorites. On the sweeter side of the spectrum, but not too sweet. Made with our house made sweet potatoes, toasted marshmallows, Madagascar vanilla, and pumpkin spices. Blended with Sailor Jerry spiced rum, Don Q coconut rum, Novo Fogo cachaça and Bessamim allspice liqueur along with thai coconut milk. Only available during the holidays.
