Czech Black Lager. Černé (cher neh) has rich malts, and a saturated deep color that is balanced by Saaz hops. While incredibly dark in color, this beer is designed to be as drinkable as pale lager. The other beer style of the Czech Republic. 5.2%

Doppelbock brewed with Munich and Beechwood smoked malts. Deep ruby in color, with delicate layers of rich malt, smoke, vanilla and stone fruit elevated from extended decoction mashing. 7.5%

Cologne-style ale. Crisp, refreshing, tangy and slightly fruity. 4.5%

Classic German Pilsner brewed with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saphir hops. 5.1%

Czech Pale Lager. Světlé (Svet leh) is the quintessential Lager of the Czech Republic. A simple showcase of floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, balanced with floral and spice from the mighty Saaz hops. 4.3%

They have been handcrafted in Lawrenceville by local artist Andrew Paul of Run Rabbit Signs. Cast out of resin, these toppers are modeled after the traditional bierdeckels you'll find in beer gardens across Germany.

Josh Gibson, widely regarded as one of the best power hitters in baseball history, and sometimes called the "Black Babe Ruth" spent the bulk of his 17-year career with the Homestead Grays, leading the team to the Negro World Series Championships in 1943 and 1944. Gibson died in 1947 at just the young age of 35 years old, and became the second Negro League player to be inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. We worked with the Josh Gibson Foundation, and artist Tony Canapa to commission this beautiful portrait that adorns on taproom, and have prints available for purchase. 100% of the proceeds benefit the Josh Gibson Foundation.
