- 60 Days In Hell (Helles Lager) - There Does Not Exist$8.00
4.7% - 60 Days In Hell is a Bavarian Helles brewed with 100% German raw materials, fermented ice cold, and matured at freezing temperatures for over 45 days. It was hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Tradition and Tettnanger hops to give a light spicy note with a hint of floral quality. A touch of biscuit character, and just a quick hit of sweetness from the Pilsner malt, make this beer EXTREMELY crushable and clean. Bavarian Helles is truly one of the great beer styles of the world. An exercise in simplicity and nuance but complex and HIGHLY enjoyable, all at the same time.
- Adeena Pils (Modern Pilsner) - Highland Park Brewery$8.00
5.1% - The thought was to make a traditional German-ish Pils with our Portland friends, Breakside, but because German hops are getting more unpredictable, we’re moving into the future of utilizing American grown hops to take the place of German hops. Thus Adeena! Conceptually, it’s about evolving into the future with hops. A pils with a snappy bitterness & fruity, floral, & lemony aromas
- All Beef Frank (Hazy DIPA) - Hop Butcher For the World$11.00
8% - Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin-hopped Double India Pale Ale

- Bubble Chamber (German Pilsner) - Cellarmaker Brewing$8.00
5.5% - This is the light beer craft drinkers want to crush. Pleasantly soft citrus & floral orange blossom aromas arise from German Hallertau Mittelfrüh & the dry hop of whole leaf German Hersbrucker hops sourced by Hop Head Farms. The flavor is fresh, clean & vibrant with hints of oolong tea, lilac pollen, honey dipped rye bread and dried lemon peel. Zesty carb & a smooth as silk finish from 4 weeks of cold conditioning.
- Citra Galaxy (Hazy WC IPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing$9.00
6.8% ABV - A hop lover’s dream combo of the two most intensely fruity hops. Australian Galaxy, notorious for sticky mango and passionfruit nectar aromas compliments the zesty tangerine and melon of Citra. Smooth, chewy and juicy as hell, we know that any Hazy IPA fan will be all about this dopeness!
- Classically Us (Hazy IPA) - Radiant Beer Co.$9.00
6.8% - A juicy hazy? That's so CLASSICALLY US. This one's a 6.8% pineapple-hued stone fruit fest with big peach, mango, and juicy fruit bubblegum vibes. Low bitterness, citrus, and mango round out this lush, easy drinker. Classic!
- Coastal Sunshine (Mango Soothie Sour) - Humble Forager$10.00
6% ABV - Rio Red grapefruits from Texas were harvested at peak ripeness for a perfect sweet bitter balance with bright acidity. Pink Dragon fruit from Thailand offers a smooth creaminess that pairs wonderfully with the Character of the Grapefruit and the sweetness of the pineapple. Neon Magenta in color, this beautiful version of our Coastal Sunshine series showcases balanced sweet and sour character with just enough bitterness to give it incredible drinkability.
- Coffee & Cigarettes (Smoked Coffee Porter) - Cellarmaker Brewing$10.00
7.7% - A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add two pounds of Sightglass Colombian Finca Madrigal coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character.
- Crushing Hazards (Light Lager) - There Does Not Exist$8.00Out of stock
4.5% - Caution: Crushing Hazard - A word of caution, friends… This beer is CRUSHABLE! Crushing Hazard is the TDNE hot take on the most consumed beer style in the U.S.A. - light lager. Drinker beware, this simply tastes like beer, dude. Its everything we love about sessionable domestic lager - just brewed with high quality German ingredients. A beer for mowing the lawn. A beer for barbecue. A beer for breakfast. A beer for dinner. It's everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Its CRUSHABLE BEER, made with Cosmic Cowboy love, of course.
- Dank & Infused (WC PIlsner) - Cellarmaker Brewing$8.00
5.5% - West Coast Pilsner. Dank and Infused, a pretty proper name for this easy drinking and crisp hoppy Lager. We saturated the kettle during the brew with Citra 702, a concentrated oil extracted from Citra hops by Yakima Chief in Washington. We then dry hopped Dank and Infused with more Citra, Strata and Peacharine - a new hop out of Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. We get soft and elegant notes of tangy tangelo, thai lime leaf and Mendocino outdoor buds.
- Dank of the West (WC IPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing Company$9.00
6.5% - Strata, Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Centennial hops. A West Coast IPA that is the current culmination of all of our clear IPA knowledge. We are so stoked on the vibrant pine and citrus peel aroma that is balanced by an oily hop resin driven body, clean, rejuvenating bitterness and high carbonation. Dank of the West achieves a harmony of elements that we have been tweaking and adjusting for many years and now feel like we are getting it truly right. It’s impossible to describe perfectly, really you need to just taste it.
- Dank Statement (WC TIPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing$12.00
10% - We don’t always make triple IPAs but when we do, they are DANK. So imagine our level of stokedness to bring back this ripping West Coast banger that hasn’t been brewed in four and a half years! As such, we swapped some hops in and out to update this to match our current ideals of what makes the best terpene driven clear and bitter beer. Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marinier and lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean and crisp bitterness.
- Guacamole Is Extra (WC IPA) - Urban Roots Brewing$9.00
6.9% - West Coast IPA w/ Citra and Mosaic
- Hashtronaut (WC IPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing$8.00
7% - We are super stoked to brew our first collab with Shawn McIlhenney after years of being fans of him and his father’s beers. Shawn knows how to make some dank beers so we brought some terpy hops to the table for this brew. Simcoe Cryo, Nelson Cryo, Nectaron and Mosaic bring layers on layers of dank tropical fruit and ganja-like oily flavor. Hold onto your couch because your about to get lifted with this punchy IPA.

- Lovers of the Incredible (WC IPA) - Radiant Beer Co.$9.00Out of stock
7.5% - We are lovers of radiance. Lovers of fine ingredients. Lovers of everything craft. And as the vinyl gracing the wall of our taproom would propose... LOVERS OF THE INCREDIBLE. And thus, we revisit this IPA that we lovingly brewed with the incredible classic West Coast hops Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo. What follows is a beautifully clear, golden hue that exudes aromas of grapefruit, strawberry, and pine and slightly bitter flavors of tangerine and dank resin.
- Luna De Miel (Mexican Lager) - Urban Roots Brewing$8.00
4.8% - Vienna/Mexican Amber Lager brewed with Weyermann(R) Pils, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Smooth easy drinking amber lager.
- Mo' Strata (WC IPA) - Cellarmaker Brewing$9.00
6.9% - Newcomer Strata hops are showcased here alongside some good ol’ Mosaic. Strata is really cool. It’s a very weedy hop. Yes, that weed. It reeks of pineapple, lemon & Bonnaroo. We think the guava, tangerine & pine elements of the Mosaic team up perfectly to make this focused, dank, and fruity IPA. This is a West Coast IPA, so that means it’s clear, crisp & resinous. Drink up!
- Mt. Nelson (Hazy Pale Ale) - Cellarmaker Brewing$8.00
5.7% - Hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops and dry hopped at 2.5 lbs. per barrel for pleasantly diesel-like, tropical fruit and melon aromas. As usual we used only the best Nelson from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand, a farm that we have traveled to in the past to select their finest hops. What should you always remember about Mt Nelson? Well, climbing it is fun, but finding your way to the bottom.
- Nama Biiru (Yuzu Rice Lager) - Japas Cervejaria$8.00
4.9% - At the end of the day, when Japanese factories and offices begin to empty, it is the Izakayas - Japanese pubs - that are full. And, in all of them, one request is certain: Nama Biru, which means 'live/raw beer', that is, unpasteurized and ultra fresh. Our Nama Biru is light, clear, dry and extremely refreshing, as if it had been taken directly from the tap. With a delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops, this version also has a touch of yuzu, a rare Japanese citrus fruit

5% - Sowing The Sun is brewed with an heirloom spring pilsner malt and hopped with Washington grown Willamette hops as well as German grown Hallertau Saphir. Fermented at low temperatures and lagered for many moons this beer is light on the palette with a crisp finish. Tasting notes of barn hay with subtle citrus and white grape aromas.
- Such A Simple Thing (American Lager) - Radiant Beer Co.$8.00
5% - Ahhh beer... it can be SUCH A SIMPLE THING. Imagine you've got an American Lager. Maybe circling that perfect 5% ABV territory. Maybe there's a crystal-clear, straw-hued body. You could probably aim for some mild floral aromas that usher in a light nose of freshly baked bread and hay. Maybe coax out a dry, clean, crisp body with some delicate malt presence that levels out with a firm bitterness. It's simply... beer. Enough said.
- Sun Spangles (Amber Lager) - Radiant Beer Co.$8.00
5.4% - A brilliant beer that allows rich, German Munich malt to shine through a matrix of delicately balanced flavors. Sun Spangles cracks through our hop-forward line up with warmer notes of biscuit and nutty character. It’s malty yet dry, and lightly floral thanks to noble hops, while striking equilibrium between just the right amount of hop bitterness and toasty malt notes.
- Timbo (WC Pilsner) - Highland Park Brewery$8.00
5.8% - Timbo Pils is our 5.8%ABV West Coast Pilsner that uses Mosaic & Citra hops. Combining our 2 favorite styles, west coast IPA & Pilsner into one beer, this beer is one of our staff’s favorites. The hop combo helps create intense aromas of fresh mango, Riesling Grape, passion fruit, & zesty orange. We hope you enjoy Timbo Pils as much as we do!
- Two Moon Ritual (WC IPA) - There Does Not Exist$9.00
6.5% - Two Moon Ritual is a hybrid West Coast IPA of sorts, with one foot in the new school and one foot in the old. Quick and zippy malt character to give the kids what they want these days, but followed by some dank and resinous hop character that reminds you of the base of the pyramid that West Coast style IPAs were built on. Hopped in the brewhouse with Magnum, Simcoe, Nelson, and Strata, then blasted post fermentation with more Nelson, CTZ, Simcoe & Mosaic. This combo leads to heavy resins, reefer madness, and a touch of that diesely NZ Sauvigon Blanc.
- Vienna (Amber Lager) - Highland Park Brewery$8.00
5% ABV - Vienna is our Amber lager that is crushable, crisp maltiness, bright, & snappy. Clocking in at 5%ABV you’ll be able to throw a few of these back!
- Virtual Connection (Belgian Pale Ale) - Urban Roots Brewing$8.00
4.5% - A Belgian Pale Ale collaboration with Allagash Brewing. This beer features Saphir and Tettnang hops fermented with Belgian yeast. It’s fruity, hoppy, slightly bitter and refreshingly crisp. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ We would be remiss if we did not mention just how special this collab is to us — Allagash are purveyors of some of the worlds finest beer and are all around extraordinary humans. This is a virtual connection that we’ll treasure forever.
- Whatever You Call It (Hazy IPA) - Radiant Beer Co.$9.00
7.1% - WHATEVER YOU CALL IT, we love making it. Enter our newest Hazy IPA, a 7.1% potpourri of Mosaic, Riwaka, HBC 586, and Motueka that tosses out a blast of citrus aromas on the nose and tropical flavor on the palate. 8.5 - We employed the North Park treatment of infusing Citra Incognito in the fermenter of X-Raying Nugs and then further hopped the bejesus out of it with Nelson, Nelson Cryo and Citra. Then on top of that we added Rakau SubZero Hop Kief, a hop extract from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, for an extra terp and berry slap of aroma.

Wine
- Las Jaras - Glou Glou (Red Blend)$52.00
At Las Jaras, our goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. We want them to be vibrant, delicate, and supple all at the same time while also being food friendly and easy for anyone to enjoy. Our wines are intended to reflect the unique terroir of the vineyards using minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression. If you are not used to drinking wines made this way, the experience can be a revelation.
- Schlossmühlenhof - Das Ist Keine (Orange)$48.00
An accessible orange wine made from a blend of white grapes that are anywhere from 15 to 30 years old. The vines are planted on calcareous clay soils. The grapes were hand-harvested together in early October, allowed to macerate for eight weeks on skins with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel lasting eight weeks. Unfiltered. Not an extreme type of orange wine but just lightly colored and slightly cloudy.
- Stolpman - Love You Bunches (Rose)$46.00
Riper red berry fruit sings over the tart finish resulting in a pleasurable, quenching crunch. A perfected adult version of Sour Patch Kids candy. A floaty fleshiness develops by the second glass – which, btw, arrives quickly – with some mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate.
- Tinashe Nyamudoka - Kumusha (Sauvignon Blanc)$48.00
The nose of this crisp Sauv Blanc is a knock-out with gooseberry and freshly picked apples leaping out from the glass. None of the over-the-top green notes that New Zealand is famous for, this is stylistically much closer to the Loire Valley (Sancerre). Lighter end of medium bodied with juicy citrus, great flinty mineral tones and uber-zesty acidity on the finish.
