Geoduck (pronounced “gooey duck”) are native to the coastal waters of the northwest U.S. Both the belly meat and siphon can be used in a variety of dishes. A large, meaty clam with a subtly sweet flavor and a savory, crunchy texture. Sustainably farmed by Neptune Seafood, a family-run shellfish farm based in Olympia, Washington. Geoduck are sold individually and average 1.25-1.75 lbs. per animal.

Its perfect texture and sweet flavor makes it a fan-favorite fish for pretty much any dish–from crudos, to tacos, to fish burgers, and everything in between. An excellent eating fish, its meat is firm, white, and low in fat, with a mild, sweet flavor. We work exclusively with small, hook-and-line fishers to source our California halibut.
