The literal translation of this name is 'beautiful lake' in Italian which captures our inspiration for this Italian Style Pilsner. Dry hopped with a blend of noble and American hops, the pilsner is bright and hoppy with an assertive bitterness and dry finish. It's the perfect pilsner to transport you to your own Bella Lago. ABV: 4.7%

Our global beer ambitions have us touring a world of flavor with this Destination Pilsner Project. For this trip, we're coming back home from Northeast just in time for the Hop Harvest to create this super local, fresh hop pilsner that celebrates the freshest, floral, and fruity character of our beloved hops supported by crisp pilsner canvas. 5.2% ABV

Down Yonder is a collab with our friends over at Montana Craft Malt. They produce over 10,000 tons of malt in Butte, MT, close to some of the best-growing barley in the country if not the world! Our co-founder Jack connected with them to learn more about malting German barley for his book Modern Lager Beer. Try this Export Helles to see how their Esma malt works with double decoction mashing. 5% ABV

Fire in the Ham is our take on an intensely smokey lager similar to those found in Bamberg, Germany. Most of this brew's malt was dried over flaming beechwood, which ingrains unique smoky flavors. Aromas of campfires, smoked ham, and bacon dominate a soft malt and hop backbone. ABV 5.4%

Hoponius Union harmoniously combines lager yeast fermentation and West Coast IPA hops. Our India style Pale Lager is like a traditional IPA but with a twist – it’s fermented cold and aged for extended periods. A blend of classic American hops creates a huge tropical fruit and citrusy hop aroma. A dry finish accentuates the pleasant bitterness and hop profile. Cut through the haze to reveal the tastes of New Zealand hops in this clearly hoppy Double IPL. Kiwi Rising is named in honor of the endearing nickname of New Zealanders and brewed to accentuate the incredible flavors of their hops. Crisp, bright, and tropical. ABV: 8.5%

Our brewers can develop interesting, complex, and flavorful beers by mixing traditional German lagers brewing techniques such as decoction mashing and using Noble Hops with newer brewing techniques such as coolpooling. In the years leading up to Prohibition, there was an explosion of breweries built by German immigrants brewing beers that took the best of the homeland and mixed it with the best of their new country. Many of them were in our home state of Massachusetts which helped inspire this pilsner. A unique double mash corn decoction process paired with old school American hops make this a classic American combo. ABV: 5%

Harvest time calls for this seasonal beer featuring pumpkins grown by local Volante Farms in Needham, MA. Perfect for the fall season a blend of autumnal spices complements a sweet pumpkin flavor. ABV: 4.5%

Shipping out of Boston celebrated the rich and storied manufacturing history of New England. We built this beer with local ingredients inspired by the factories that were once world suppliers. Yay Verist Super is our take on one of our favorite Northern German Pilsners. It's super dry, moderately bitter, and earthy from Noble Hops. We had some fun using the open fermenter and then lagering it in our horizontal tanks. 4.7% ABV
