Live Crawfish
- Live Crawfish Deposit
Please bring a 3 foot cooler. We will place your sack in and ice it down. Care instructions: leave the lid of your cooler open about an inch (for oxygen to freely enter), make sure the drain plug is pulled (or they will drown, as there is no room for them to maneuver) and you have plenty of ice on it (the ice keeps them "asleep"). Ready to boil? Get your boiling water ready, make it easy with our mix. Just pour the dust and the liquid boil in a pot and you're all set for seasonings. We recommend purging them. Open the sack of crawfish into the cooler, fill it with water and sprinkle salt in. This cleans impurities and the crawfish. Drain and rinse. No one likes dirty crawfish. 😊 Boil away and laissez les bon temps rouler!
